Helped me get cellular service working

Ms. Celia and Ms. Lisa were very skilled in helping me get a cellular connection setup on my new iPhone 17 Pro Max. They gave me detailed steps to get cellular working and got me back in business quickly. Both were very polite and knowledgeable.

I thought it was going to be difficult but pure talk help me set up my ESIM card really fast. customer service was the best they help me out through the whole thing and they connected my new line on phone with in 10 minutes. And the service is super fast

I have been with Pure Talk for quite…

I have been with Pure Talk for quite some time. Each time I have had a need (increasing my minutes, increasing my hot spot, and the most recent, I had questions about my coverage and how to submit my DD214 for a discount in my billing), I have been met with personal as well as professional courtesy and respect. On my most recent call with Shaiwahnna, I had some dumb questions that revealed I am a dinosaur with technology. But she was so patient and gracious to answer my questions without making me feel like a Dweeb. I appreciate this company and the caliber of personnel they have on their team. I think the date of this encounter was 8/2/26.

Wonderful experience with customer service.

I called customer service because I was having an issue accessing my voice mail. A woman named Kia helped me reset my password and also helped me update my personal information. She was very polite and professional. I really like the fact I can speak with an actual person and not have to deal with some stupid computer for a hour and you never get to talk with anyone. There are a few companies that still understand the importance of getting to talk with an actual person. I've never had any issues with this company and I get the same service I did with the big companies for a fraction of the cost.

Best support tech at PureTalk?

I was in contact with a technician today that had been with PureTalk for 4 years and was the most helpful person I have talked to in a long time. Her name if I got it correct is Honeyret and very capable she was. I will be able to change to a new phone after just signing up with PureTalk so much easier after the help she has given me today.

I had a first time issue crop up…

I had a first time issue crop up recently with not being able to access my voicemails on my iPhone. The Pure Talk tech support rep was able to help me restore my voice messages in short order with just one phone call! Since I have an older model (an 8+) he also told me this issue could possibly occur again and could likely be resolved in the same quick fashion as today. I continue to be a “very satisfied” Pure Talk subscriber!
