We needed a new integrated fridge freezer for our (less than 3 years old!) static caravan. From start to finish, Purewell provided an excellent service. For a small fee, a fitter visited to survey and measure to ensure our needs were met. The attention to detail by the 2 fitters, Grant and Neil was second to none and we are extremely pleased with the new appliance. Highly recommended.

The fridge/freezer belonging to our relatives who we partially care for stopped working which for them was a calamity as they are virtually housebound and do not do their own shopping. They are reliant on the food supply kept in the fridge. We went to our favourite electrical store, Purewell Electric, to see how they could help (we had used them before) Ed fully understood our dilemma and recommended a fridge/freezer that would be the best one for us. He answered all our queries in a very professional manner with no ‘waffle.’ We left the store at about Ipm and the fridge freezer was delivered and installed by 4pm. Our relatives were overwhelmed and we were very happy that a potential disaster had been avoided. The guys that delivered it were professional, friendly and caring as they could see the situation we were in. We were so pleased that Purewell still had the same values and professionalism that we have known for many years. We were especially pleased that they don’t outsource the delivery operation.

From our initial visit to the store in Christchurch, the service we got was superb.
David met us, asked about the details of our fridge freezer that wasn't working any longer and showed us the n2ew one to replace it.
The new one was delivered 4 days later, with the delivery / fitters phoning with a time slot and another
when they were close by.
The 2 guys, Grant and Neil were totally terrific. Both very charming but more so installed the new integrated one without any fuss. Totally professional and took away the old one and all the packaging.

David Brock assisted us we were buying several large appliances for our kitchen. Excellent knowledge of products nothing to much trouble. Advised us on everything quality, price, etc could not have been more pleased. You forget professionals like him still exist these days. Tremendous

After an unexpected and untimely breakdown of our Washer Dryer, when my wife was on holiday in Spain, I sought the guidance of Purewell Electrical, a family owned independent retailer. After researching their excellent and informative web site, I went to the impressive store in Christchurch.
From the moment I walked in I was greeted politely by Dean and shown to the relevant area. I was able to see the programme displays working, and with their guidance I made my selection. I knew they were part of Euronics the largest Electrical Buying Group in Europe so their prices are very competitive as were their installation and disposal charges.
But the real difference was in the highly professional service they offer.
Realising my predicament Dean excelled and arranged prompt delivery before my wife returned home.
The Driver / Installer Team of Grant & Dayan arrived on time with a smile on their faces in the pouring rain. They quickly removed the old appliance and expertly installed the new one. Grant patiently explained the programmes and made sure I had all the identity details ready for registration.
A FIRST class service from Dean, Grant, & Dayan from a first class business. I have no hesitation in recommending Purewell Electrical.

Can't speak more highly of this company, from shop floor sales staff to installation team, they are excellent, friendly, helpful and prepared to go out of their way to find the right appliance for you. Their prices are spot on too. I will certainly only be buying from Purewell Electricals from now on. Buy with confidence.

I bought an integrated washing machine and asked for it to be fitted. The salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and professional.it was delivered in a couple of days and I have to say the fitters Grant and John were brilliant. They went above and beyond to ensure the machine fitted and worked perfectly, then took the cabinet door back to the shop to make it good as the previous fitters of the old machine had made holes in it. It came back like a new door. They fitted it and again tested the machine to ensure it worked.

First class yet again from this brilliant local company. Price, service and installation all top notch. Thanks!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I cannot fault the service we received from Purwell Electrical when purchasing a new Siemens Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. The sales advisor we dealt with in particular was David Brock and although there was a delay from Siemens with the Tumble Dryer he kept us up to date with the expected ETA's and any subsequent delays and even went as far as to find us an alternative matching set should we have decided to change. The original set that we ordered has now been delivered. Delivery was also faultless and the delivery driver let us know his estimated ETA and also gave us a 20minute pre delivery phonecall to ensure I could get back from work in time. Start to finish the process has been seamless. A huge thank you to David Brock and his fantastic customer service and communication with us! 100% recommend and we will be back in the future for new kitchen appliances. Thank you!

My wife and I recently bought 4 TV’s and a Sonos from Purewell….i can only say what an exceptional level of customer service was provided by Jack Stubbs all the way through the sales process. Knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble and this continued on the day of installation by the engineer (sorry can’t remember his name but a lovely and incredibly helpful South African guy. We can’t speak highly enough of Jack and Purewell…,don’t hesitate use them you won’t be disappointed!! Nick & Penny

The best price, the best service, the best people - the perfect combination. Unrivalled advice pre-sale and "above and beyond" doesn't begin to cover the support we've received with installation and resolving a minor glitch that was nothing to do with Purewell's responsibilities but everything to do with their approach to customer satisfaction. On top of all this the very best people you could wish to deal with.

Excellent service from Jack, who was extremely helpful and took us around the showroom, showing a great range of products. We were so impressed with the simple and easy process of purchasing our washing machine that we revisited the store the following week to purchase our fridge. Could not fault the customer service and would 100% recommend!

We purchased a BOSCH,electric oven from Purewell Electronics. We asked if they could install it and were advised it would be £100.
On delivery the old oven was simply unplugged (13amp plug) and the replacement simply plugged in ! The simplicity of the job at no time was explained, and that no electrical knowledge or qualification was required. We therefore feel £100 charge for a service, that if explained would not have been necessary, is unethical. When i phoned to express my dissatisfaction i was informed the £100 was a standard charge, we feel thisvto be unfair.

The best thing about their shop is the staff. They are well trained and know how to actually help customers instead of just clinging around.

Excellent showroom with lots of items on display. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The men who removed our old American style fridge/freezer and installed the new one were absolutely excellent. Took lots of care and worked really fast. A real credit to the company.

Ordered a new TV on Tuesday morning. Delivered and installed Wednesday. Setup was completed by Grant who was knowledgeable and efficient and couldn't have been more helpful. Many thanks will use Purewell again!!
