What can I say. It was a hot day. Grant and his colleague were super professional and hard working..they sorted everything and made sure my fridge was installed and working. They even fixed my window as a freebie. Super service. Much better than their larger competitors.

We are lucky to have such a friendly shop here! The staff looked after me when I needed a new washing machine and talked me through the options as I had no idea what I needed! The delivery team were great and got it installed, the old one taken away and, crucially, they showed me how to use it! Would hugely recommend

They post items that they have no idea when they will get it, I have been waiting for more than two weeks, and they now told me they have no idea when they will have the items, don’t waist your time they’re are not trustworthy.

I needed to replace an old Panasonic DVD recorder that had finally stopped working after 15 years of heavy use. I’ve used Purewell before, buying various electrical items and the past service was excellent so went back to them for the replacement. I met Jack, a Manager there and asked his advice about getting a replacement. Jack was very professional and his guidance and advice about the sort of products I could consider made the whole buying experience so enjoyable.I chose another Panasonic DVD recorder, this one with more functions than my old one. I also decided to update my old TV and again, Jack discussed various options and offers available. I got a great deal on a Panasonic TV and arranged to have both items installed and set up.

Grant was the person who delivered and set up both the DVD recorder and the TV and was quite simply brilliant. The level of service he gave, the way he explained the functionality of these item's and how I can get the best out of them was excellent. He used plain English and made sure I understood how to use them, a truly impressive and knowledgeable man. Thank you again. Cheers Chris

Fantastic service from David Brock at purewell electrics today. We were greeted with a friendly hello and smile. David asked what we ever looking for today and after saying we needed a cooker he showed us what was available. We asked several questions about brands and quality and David explained the two items we looked at where made by same company. His knowledge was great and made me feel confident in buying the item. Thank you David you are an asset to the company. We live locally and like to buy from good family businesses.

Once again fantastic Customer Service given by Purewell Electrical from assisting us with our choice of appliances, arranging delivery to suit the installation of our new kitchen and most of all to the outstanding installation team. Friendly, experienced and very through. Its a pleasure to shop at Purewell and work with their installation team. We would not go anywhere else :-) Thank you x

Buyer beware with prices… check around. Panasonic TV was recommended to my mum by the in store sales team for £699 - £200 off full price. Sounds good? Price checked it today and John Lewis, Currys and the Panasonic website are selling for £499. Purewell Electric 40% more expensive.

Once again Purewell Electrical gave outstanding customer service.

I needed a new washing machine so I phoned the store on Friday and later visited the store and ordered a new washing machine and was able to secure a delivery slot for today in the area I live.

I have wooden floors, and as always great care was given of my home.

The area of the installation was quite restricted.

It’s so great to have such considerate customer focused care.

Absolutely fantastic. We popped in for a Tv bracket , Ed helped us straight away. we then asked about advice if we fitted ourselves and he was great , we then were quite nervous so asked if they offered a fitting service and he said they could do it that same day! Ed and Grant turned up about 1 hour mater and have fitted out TV/bracket and looks great. What attention to detail, what service , what great guys - so friendly . Thankyou so much!

Brought a Sony 65” 4K OLED TV from Purewell Electrical on the 9th of August. The price was reasonable but the customer service was exemplary. Grant and Dejan who fitted the TV were amazing, couldn’t ask for a better team. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, helpful….. I could go on.

Tony the sales man was brilliant. Everything easily explained, so helpful and vey patient and friendly. He showed us a few machines before we made the decision of a Blomberg washing machine. We were amazed to see the machines plugged in so we could all the programmes as he explained them. Have used Pure electrical before and will certainly use them again if and when needed. Many thanks

Excellent customer service. Tried to buy an American fridge/freezer from Curry’s and John Lewis but both refused to deliver as it’s upstairs! Went to Purewells and immediate delivery and fitting confirmed. Great experience.

Excellent price, excellent service and totally outstanding delivery/fitters.

Needing a new fridge freezer I found Purewell Electrical offered the cheapest price for the Bosch I wanted.
Delivery date was arranged by phone. On the day Grant called advising the time slot. Greeted the guys on arrival and explained access extremely precarious through very close narrow side gate along with bumpy path and challenging step. “No problem” the guys said and before I knew it they were up the path and installing. I cannot speak more highly of them both. Cheerful throughout and nothing too much trouble. I am so very grateful to them and for the all round excellent service. Highly recommended.
