First class service all round, from ordering to delivery.

Very impressed with Purewell Electrical delivering so quickly first thing Monday morning which was not expected when ordering the fridge/freezer online Saturday night. Very impressed with the 2 young men that delivered, installed and removed the old appliance as access into our kitchen from outside is very awkward. Can recommend them to everyone.

A very cheerful chap confirmed on the phone that the Microwave I'd identified was in stock.
I placed the order online on a Monday and it was delivered the next day.
Great prices, friendly service & prompt delivery.
Highly recommended.

Hi I am very impressed with the product and absolutely delighted with the after service. I had a problem with the oven but within a week it was fixed! Also from order to delivery was a couple of days. Having said that I live very near to purewell electric, but even so, still impressive! Excellent work!!

I have used Purewell for years and my recent experience just shows why I have. We had a very large freezer delivered and the men were so professional, helpful and kind. It is so good to have this kind of personal service in this day and age and i would recommend Purewell to anyone for any electrical goods

In store assistants didn't provide correct information compared to data on website. More staff training required to improve customer service. On the plus side delivery and installation excellent. In store staff could learn from delivery staff.

Purewell Electrical installed a new dishwasher for me today and the communication and service was excellent from start to finish, very impressed, will definitely be using them again.

I ordered the red AEG stick vacuum at midnight and it was delivered free by Purewell at noon the next day. How’s that for service!
I have this floor cleaner and have been very pleased with it, so much so my daughter wanted one as a house warming gift. Good price too and cheaper than mine.

I bought a Fridge Freezer a couple of months ago from Purewell and then my washing machine broke down so I found one the same make and colour as the Fridge Freezer.
Having looked at other options Purewell had the best delivery time for me and were cheaper than other retailers.
Communication was excellent re delivery and I also paid for the old one to be taken away.
I have received excellent service from Purewell on both occasions.

In the last 6 months have replaced our tv and dishwasher , I recommend that you pay the extra for the fitting, on each occasion the fitters were excellent. I would recommend Purewell to you.
