Purewell Electrical = amazing customer service with competitive prices.
Dean at the showroom was extremely helpful, knowledgable, friendly & efficient. Guided me to the right model of (replacement) dishwasher - this was all done over the phone referencing their website.
Grant & Deyan, two, absolute, first class installers and true gentlemen. Totally professional, friendly & thorough; to the point where a wooden bracket was devised by these chaps, on the spot, to ensure the dishwasher was secured by contact on both sides (the previous one didn’t have this, only one side).
I am an extremely satisfied customer and wish everyone at Purewell Electical the very best for the future - you deserve it!!

I received a Bose home 300 speaker last week came in a timely manner no damage the box did its job. The speaker was new as hoped for and so far it works.

We were looking for a new oven and just popped in for a quick browse. A non invasive sales assistant Jack approached after a few minutes and just asked if there was anything in particular we were looking for. We explained that we were looking to replace an older shorter oven but would need the bracket it sits on lowering in order to accomodae a larger oven which is something a lot of companies won't do. Jack reassured us and said that it was no problem and the fitters could make this amendment. We selected a replacement with useful advice from jack he then looked up the dimensions of our existing oven to give as much information to the fitters as possible.
The excellent service continued from the fitters themselves who efficiently lowed the bracket to accommodate the new oven but had some problems getting it in due to the width. They were not prepared to give up though and worked away until they had the oven properly installed leaving a very happy customer.
The service from start to finish with Purewell Electrical was exemplary and has definitely made me a return customer. We are delighted with our new oven that you so much PE

They took the time to ensure that I understood how to operate the new machine and were careful not to damage my house when removing the old one.

My laptop would not restart after being shut down and was extremely hot, the new "home visit IT section" run by Grant, came round and within 30 minutes had solved my problem, serviced it and checked through all the software and corrected all the anomalies, it runs like a dream now, what a find, worth every penny.

I cannot praise this company too highly. Left stranded after another company let us down 3 days before xmas, they went out of their way to ensure we had a new working cooker delivered and installed I time for the festive season. David in particular was extremely helpful and the delivery guys were courteous and efficient too. Many thanks to a highly recommended company.

Amazingly quick service. We ordered a new washing machine at 11.30am...it was delivered at 1.30pm on the same day.

Local company that I have used over the years, item required was in stock and delivered on time with the minimum of fuss. No charge for delivery.

Ordered a new washing machine on line at 4-30pm on Friday 3rd December and rang the firm up at 5.05pm to check on something technical. They arranged for the washing machine to be delivered on Monday 6th December and installed.
The engineer attended on the day and fitted the washing mac hine as planned.
