Het is nu 20 maart en ik heb nog niets, contact is vrijwel onmogelijk en geld terug krijgen maken ze je abnormaal lastig. KU T bedrijf! uit de buurt blijven!!!
Melatonin Liquid 10 mg Black Cherry Flavor
For the last 2 years I have purchased on Puritan's website their Melatonin Liquid 10 mg Black Cherry Flavor which they often sold with a buy 1 and get 2 free promotion. It worked very well and tasted fine and sold for about $5/bottle with the promotion. Lately however it has been listed as Out of Stock on their website so I looked elsewhere on Amazon where I found the same Puritan's Melatonin on sale, in stock for $10/bottle. It would appear they are selling their stock on Amazon for twice the price. Good for business but bad for their loyal customers. I chose to purchase a different brand of Melatonin Liquid 10 mg for $6/bottle with free Prime shipping with 2 day arrival.
Puritan's Pride will limit the points you can earn! Changes are made without full disclosure to customers
I have been a loyal Puritan's Pride customer for several years. I have always been able to redeem my points earned up until this year 2022. It appears that they put a limit on how many points a person can earn in a year without giving their customers full disclosure up front. It will take you several clicks to find this information. They will not make any exceptions. To me, this is poor customer service especially for customers who purchase a lot of products with this company. Buyer beware!

I paid 40 GPD for vitamins over two weeks ago - and nothing! No communication, still no delivery! I have e-mailed them about FOUR times, they are just not responding clearly. Their first communication was that they have no record of my order! They 2nd they gave me a date for delivery - and still no sign of this!!
I've shared proof of purchase 3 times! So no further forward! The vitamins have been suggested by my GP!
12 Year Puritan Pride customer's value... $61.01
I have been a Puritan Pride customer for over 12 years. After a 'trial' for their personalized vitamin packs, I was forced into a subscription program that I did not sign up for, or was made aware of. I purchased additional vitamins and noticed my CC bill had an additional charge. When calling customer service, I called 4 days in a row.. each call was over 30 mins and had at least 3-4 transfers to additional people. The first call resulted in the lady 'promising' to call back... never did.
The last call, finally they said they'd refund my money, then they called back 30 mins later saying that they can't, they need to call the manager in New York.
I even logged into my customer dashboard and checked the 'active subscriptions' tab and nothing was active. I was completely taken by surprise for this.
To put things into perspective, we're talking about a $61.01 purchase. I didn't ask for any discounts, no free product request... I even wanted to keep my other purchase of $65. No Good...they would do nothing for a 12 year customer who spent over $5,000 and sent 4 paying customers to them.
Please do yourself a favor and go to Costco for your vitamins. This company cares nothing about loyalty, or their mistakes.

Well where do I start , to purchase an item and pay is extremely easy, however when your order does not turn up the fun begins, I called and called and never got through , the website to contact them is absolutely rubbish ,
You guys need to spend some money on you website , make it more user and customer friendly
I did get through eventually on the phone and a refund was done straight away so that is great.
Shame I never got to try your products as they came highly recommended "…………

Bought strawberry Greek yogurt protein bars from them were extremely hard broke my upper left tooth, #11. Bad customer service . Avoid.
Unsatisfactory
Unsatisfactory. Longtime customer going back to 1980s. Good products but poor customer service. Last package i ordered i followed on their tracking system. When i was notified the package delivered it actually wasnt. I called puritan and they said common. Why have a tracking system if its useless.
30 years good service
I've used Puritan's Pride for the cheapest vitaminis and beauty creams, etc, for at least 30 years and have never had a problem with the company, always straightforward advertising and good service, best value.
Poor Customer Service
On May 10, I ordered about $150 of vitamins and supplements. Upon reviewing my order conformation, I discovered the delivery address was wrong (PP had filled in my previous address and I did not catch it). Within two minutes I called customer service in India to change the address. She told me she could not do it but would cancel my order. I thanked her but told her I thought she was giving poor customer service. Today, After talking to her, I emailed customer service confirming that she had cancelled my order.
Customer Service emailed back telling me the order was not cancelled, but I could refuse delivery, the USPS would return the vitamins and I would get a refund. Today, May 15 I got a conformation that my order was delivered to my previous address (75 miles away). As I was not there to refuse delivery the package was left.
Dishonest company with no integrity
I've gotta say I'm not surprised that their rating is mediocre. Frankly, I am kinda surprised it's not lower. I recently clicked on a deal that seemed too good to be true. Two lbs of chocolate protein for something like 4.99. I went ahead and bought twelve of them though. The order went through, they took my money, and it looked like everything was legit. Then today I get a email saying Your refund has been processed! Thank you for contacting us. This is ridiculous. I didn't contact anyone...they just decided not to fulfill my order claiming"there was an issue processing my order" right...my guess is that they marked the protein down more than they meant to and, instead of doing the right thing which is honoring the agreement we made and filling my order, they just cancelled it as if it was some kind of mistake. There was no issue taking my money though which I still haven't received back. They said I would see it on my next credit card billing statement. I used my debit card, so I should be receiving it like now pretty much. This company is obviously dishonest. Most companies with integrity would either honor the agreement or compensate in some way. Don't waste your time or money with these people.
Good products, but don't expect any rebates
Good products, just order direct from the company and you'll probably be okay. I've tried ordering from them through eBates/Rakuten and they will never pay what they owe. First off, they don't do ANYTHING unless you actually ask where your money is. Then they will claim you ordered through somewhere else and will refuse to pay and there is nothing you can do about it. A few months ago I made a HUGE order for me and members of my family, over $500. It was during a Rakuten 10% back promotion, but Puritan's refused to pay me the $50+ back for ordering through Rakuten. If they don't want to pay, they should get off these third party sites
I’ve shopped Puritans Pride for years
I’ve shopped Puritans Pride for years, good products and prices. This negative review is in lieu of shipping. Delivery was USPS vis UPS. Tracking states it was sitting at hub waiting for transfer since the 12th. Contacted UPS and was told it was considered lost and to contact Puritans Pride. I did, received response stating they saw an updated delivery for Saturday the 19th and to contact them again if it was not received on that day- I noted the UPS tracking did not show any such update when I looked up the tracking after this response. I did not receive package, contacted them again. Their response was that they received a call from a lady that said she received it at the same address that the order was submitted under. Now, this had to be a lie as the address was correct for the order and is the same address used for the last 10 years. Also, the tracking has not been updated as “delivered” regardless if it was delivered to the wrong address. Not sure if this next bit of info would play into this mess, but this order does not even show as shipped on their site. Bottom line, there was a shipping issue that was not my doing, yet the CR deflects and insinuated that I entered the wrong shipping info (it’s automatically filled in each order, not manually). Whatever the actual bottom line issue was, I certainly do not appreciate the blame shifting put on me.
Recently placed order with puritans…
Recently placed order with puritans pride and the order delivered was for the wrong product. We have made two calls to customer service with no success in getting product ordered. We requested a customer service supervisor which was denied. We made online request for someone to contact us. No contact has been made. No contact from them, no correct product shipped, no refund.
I like that they're not a 'woke' company
AFAIK Puritan's is not one of these 'woke' companies. No social justice warrior messages on their website or on Twitter, and they haven't joined or donated to any left-wing organizations like Civic Alliance, etc that I'm aware of. I was once an iHerb customer until I found out that they support the anti-Trump group StopHateForProfit. I immediately stopped ordering from iHerb for life. Puritan's Pride has all of the vitamins that I need.

Deceptive Shjipping Practice.
A few years back all items were available for single item purchase. That changed with their "buy on get one" offering. The thing is the cost was DOUBLED in that "new offering". That means You did in fact pay for TWO and DID NOT get a second one free. Deceptive!! I did not order for quite some time. Now I ordered the other day because of their single offering of Kelp. I received a United Parcel Service (UPS) tracking number. It arrived at the local UPS hub last Saturday (April 3rd, 2021). It sat there and sat there. Bare in mind it was a UPS tracking number. In checking I finally noticed it had a United States Postal Service (USPS) tracking number and was waiting in the USPS "Sure Post" to be picked up at that UPS hub for transfer to the USPS system and delivery. It was NEVER stated that my order would be bounced from one carrier to another. I do not appreciate this deceptive practice! NO MORE Puritan Pride!!!!!!
