I'm sorry but it's just another piece of plastic with a couple of little blades on it, will move than likely break after a couple of uses like everything I buy made mainly of plastic Thank You!!!! Sorry to be so blunt!!!!

I like it. Does a good job on wrinkles.

It took a long time to arrive and it was not as big as I expected.

Ordering was easy. However, I was not warned how the charge would come though under a different name. So when I saw a charge come through for a vendor I did not recognize, and for a different amount than what I was quoted. I immediately disputed it with my CC company.
Thankfully it occurred to me to google this vendor name and found it associated to Purposean. So I reached back out to my CC company and canceled the dispute. Now the different amount issue I reached out directly to Purposean, who corrected it immediately hence why a 3 instead of a 2 like I was originally going to do.

Easy to order. Website was intuitive. Product was exactly as advertised. Shipping was quicker than I thought.

Quick delivery! Have not had to use them yet but tested them on a piece of drywall and they did exactly what I had expected. Great little tool that will help me with future projects
