I was good to be able to use an after hour service ....the fact that nobody responded yet did not help me obtain the item missing from my order. Ordering the coupler on Amazon for 26 bux to have it next day to substitute for the $20 part expected in my 1251.84 order was irritating but necessary unless I waited 5-7 days. Christopher White

The order was over $600. UPS just left it on front porch Sunday afternoon, received no notification of delivery. I would think expensive items should have delivery notification or signature required. Noticed by camera items on porch, had to call neighbor to retrieve them.

I used search and didn't find the item (A) I was looking for so chose a different item (B). When item (B) arrived with a new catalog the catalog showed item (A) which I was originally looking for. We were somewhat disappointed to see the original item we wanted listed in the catalog and now showing up on a search on the website. We were not thrilled with item (B), it did not fit in my hand securely, and the safety was so stiff I have to hold item (B) in my lap and use both hands to slide the safety. There was a lot of discussion about returning item (B). We decided because of the return fee we'd keep the item (B) and I would order the correct item for myself.

I recently purchased the Barra 250z .22 in the camo. Also got 8 tins of pellets. Arrived when expected. The gun had a issue with pellets getting stuck half in magazine half in chamber. I contacted customer support, spoke with Jade, she was very friendly and quickly resolved the issue by offering to send a replacement or issue a refund. The replacement is expected to arrive today.
I will buy from Pyramyd again, and recommend them.

I tried to place an order for an Air Force TalonSS in 22 caliber . I wanted to bundle it and had some questions about mounting and zeroing the scope. I had everything in my cart except the mounting / zeroing cost. I could not find the upgrade on the website. I called and someone was to return my call the next day which never happened. Now the price has gone back to regular cost. It was on sale for 34% off.

Having a need for, ground squirrel invasion, and the desire to try a new type of pellet rifle with features I wanted, I was totally disappointed in its inability to perform. From a supported level position shooting at a 1 ft square target from 3 meters with a new nitrogen cylinder, and never found the target. After my 8th cycle of JSB MATCH DIABOLO EXACT .22 cal 5.5 mm, the magazine failed to load. The load lever engaged tight after 1/4 fully closed. Two different magazines failed to load. Without a magazine, the rod is aligned with the barrel. I was looking forward to a product that lived up to its advertisement. Any suggestions?
Update: 7-23-25. Even though I had the scope mounted and zeroed, it wasn’t. At 39 ft. pellets hit 2” high and 1 1/2” left. After adjustments and most of the rest of that first cylinder, now the rifle is on target. I’ve put 45 rounds and another cylinder with consistent accuracy. My initial concerns about performance have been positively resolved. Overall a great rifle.
