I've had a very positive experience with Qardus and have been impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the team. The platform provides a straightforward experience, and the customer service has been particularly noteworthy.

A special mention to Shijie Zhao, Data Scientist at Qardus, for his excellent customer service. Shijie has been efficient, responsive and professional in his approach, taking the time to address my queries clearly and promptly. It's refreshing to deal with someone who is knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely committed to providing a positive customer experience.

Great customer service makes a real difference, especially when it comes to an investment platform, and Shijie is a credit to the Qardus team.

I had an excellent experience with Qardus Finance. The entire process was smooth, simple and professionally handled from start to finish. The team was very supportive and kept me regularly updated throughout, so we never felt stuck at any stage.

I invested with Qardus and now deeply regret it.

My husband and I have outstanding balances, and despite sending a formal email asking for a clear investment-by-investment breakdown, arrears position, and details of recovery action being taken, I have never received a response.

My concern is not simply that investments carry risk. My concern is the lack of transparency and communication with existing investors once problems arise.

A recent investor update shared in a group I am in stated that a number of campaigns are now in serious difficulty, including:

* Mullaco Cash & Carry — defaulted, with any return dependent on liquidation/recovery.
* Biomed Care Services — defaulted, with no further scheduled payments.
* Beauty Impex — defaulted, with any return dependent on recovery.
* Dip Batley — defaulted, with no further scheduled payments.
* Errand Plus — defaulted, with the matter reportedly referred to the police.
* Green Solutions — in litigation with lawyers.
* RBH Joseph — around 30% of initial capital reportedly still outstanding and with lawyers.
* AYP Healthcare — 19% reportedly outstanding and with recovery.
* Ride Along 2nd Campaign — 22% reportedly outstanding and with recovery.
* Zoomash 3rd Campaign — with the recovery team.
* Surgimed Clinic — payment was expected, but no wider reassurance was provided.

If these issues affect investor money, then investors should receive clear, direct, investment-by-investment updates rather than having to piece information together through group chats.

I also remain concerned that Qardus has been approaching potential new investors while existing investors are still waiting for clear answers about arrears, defaults and recovery action.

In my experience, communication has been poor, transparency has been inadequate, and the handling of existing investors has been unacceptable.

One of my investments started underperforming and I suddenly stopped receiving repayments. No update or communication from the company. Now I have been chasing them for approximately a year and not managed to receive a proper and detailed response other than the generic response that they are looking to recover as much as possible without sharing a timeline. The person I was initially speaking to from their team has also left indicating the high turnover in the business. Overall, updating customers especially when the investment is underperforming is a key factor that unfortunately Qardus have failed to deliver on. I had high hopes for Qardus but it's failing in the basics.

*Update 30th Sept 2026: a week has passed and no email response as a rep from Qardus promised below in their response. Another sign of their slow communication, lack of transparency and unprofessionalism. Invest your money elsewhere!

An amazing company to deal with. I required Sharia-compliant business finance, and the team took the time to explain everything clearly and guide me through the entire process.

The service was extremely fast, professional, and efficient from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them and will be telling my family and friends to make them their first choice for Sharia-compliant business finance.

I have been investing with Qardus for over 4 years. The yields are attractive and the team is professional in managing the risks of the underlying businesses. I have been using Qardus as part of a diversified portfolio. Highly recommended as a great diversifier and strong social impact to support underlying businesses.

Qardus has offered two platforms for Sharia compliant investing. The original platform involved investing in individual companies. Very good rate of return, but - unsurprisingly - a few of the companies failed to make all payments. Qardus has pursued these but has been slow to keep investors updated. Taking these missed payments into account, my overall return rate has been reasonable. The current platform offers investments in a fund which Qardus use to invest in individual companies. There is less risk to investors from failings of individual companies - and the rate of return is slightly lower to take account of the reduced risk. So far this second platform appears to be performing exactly as advertised.

Qardus has proven to a responsive , responsible , reliable platform to enable us to invest into small businesses.

No proper due diligence, now at loss from investment with no resolution and no reply from emails

Update: they have rebuilt their platform and now I can’t even login to see the status of my investment which was in liquidation. Overall I would strongly avoiding them, there are much better and safer platforms elsewhere.

Looks like it's a failing business where they don't really do due diligence before giving out sharia loan. They don't have any collateral or asset where they can f
Seize if the business don't pay back loan. I invested and at a loss with no resolution at sight. Will take them to court for failing to do proper due diligence. Hope I am wrong but gut feeling says like its a ponzi scheme which relies on new business loans to carry on running.

They are charging interest on late payments. I took a loan from Qardus and after 2 years there was 1 missed payment. They issued a notice after 8 days with 120 as fine and 250 as interest payment.

Easy to use website and good returns on investments. I've been getting my shariah compliant returns monthly.

Unfortunately after investing with them for over 2 and half years I discovered that they aren't working with a Shariaa compliant way depending on Fatwa from trusted Sheikhs. Add to that the very poor customer service team and finally one of the borrowers just stopped paying his payments over 6 months ago and no resolution till date. I regret investing with them.

P2P Unsecured business lending " Ethical & Sharia Compliant". Not The average loan book. Very good returns for unsecured risk. Prompt payments, good communication. Worth a hour or two of DD.
