The representatives responded to my questions in a timely manner and were extremely helpful.

The process was straight forward, except when i need to re-edit the document to make change after the multi point check. Finding the right question on the pull down and then knowing to hit the back button. It would be more to say "GO TO". I am hopeful that the 403b administration process goes smoothly.
