My wife contact them from Honduras to get me a gift delivered to my address here in Fort Lauderdale Florida. And they only stole her money because i didn’t receive nothing. I called them, emailed them and no response. They are thieves.

Realmente me hubiera gustado haber leido sus comentarios antes :-( mi madre se encuentra en Tampa y yo en Colombia quise enviarle un detalle con esta empresa y efectivamente es una estafa desde ayer ya no responden correos y el supuesto chat de la pagina direcciona a otra vaina que tristeza estoy haciendo todo lo posible con mi banco para detener ese cobro de esa empresa Qflores.com una estafa total

My mom bought flowers and champagne for my birthday, and one month later i am still waiting. They even charged extra charges after the gift was purchased, and in spite of that i haven't received anything.
They do not have a phone number or answer any of the emails we have sent.
It is pure fraud. Save your money and a bad experience by not buying anything here.

ES UNA EMPRESA FRAUDE. NO TIENEN TELEFONOS, NO RESPONDEN E-MAIL. TE COBRAN SUMAS EXORBITANTES POR LAS FLORES. Y CUANDO UNO RECLAMA, DESAPARECEN. APARECIÓ DEBITADO DE MI TARJETA UNA COMPRA QUE NO DI AUTORIZACIÓN Y NO REALICE. LOS DENUNCIE.

Es un fraude hice mi compra hace una semana y hasta ahorita no la han entregado solo me enviaron 2 emails y no volvieron a escribir , tengan cuidado

Realice un pedido con ellos y todo fue un fracaso, me he tomado la tarea de escribir en sus redes sociales para alertar a los otros de comprar en este sitio y justo después de esto empezaron a contactar conmigo diciendo que aún podían entregar mi pedido, el último mail dice que me devolverán mi dinero, cosa que no creo que pase. Pero aún sigo denunciando su página de facebook y de Instagram y haciendo comentario negativos en sus fotografías para qué nadie más caiga en sus trampas.

I made my first purchase of a flower arrangement with this site/ company 2/23/2021 and flowers arrived on the date specified of delivery. Timing was essential since it was for a passing of a family member. Yes there may be an additional fee for delivery if it’s outside of their delivery zones. We exchanged emails on relevant coordination. Thank you team for the coordination of delivering flower arrangement. Truly appreciate it. Will be using services to send flowers to family members in Ecuador thank you! 🙏

Es una empresa ,si le queremos llamar así, cancelaron mi pedido,no lo entregaron y no me regresan mi dinero tengan cuidado

Very bad experience. My order was partially delivered. I had to ask for a refund after finding through my friend. The refund didn’t included the shipping fee they charged for the item. After me asking this to be amended, they ignored my request. Do not recommend to anyone. They are dishonest.

Son unos estafadores, cobraron el dinero pero no entregaron nunca las flores. Mucho cuidado con esta gente, son unos ladrones. Ya he escrito al servicio al cliente y no responden los emails

Save yourself the headache, they have a bad system, 0 interaction, they changed my message in the card, it was expensive and took forever to get there even when the website said order in X amount of minutes and you get express delivery. Just found out a similar gift box is 50% less on ebay, so just not an option

Envíe un regalo a una persona en USA y me robaron. No solo no lo entregaron sino que me envían un mail de que si lo habían hecho..... Me responden tres veces y después desaparecen..

El pedido que se hizo eran un ramo de flores y tarta todo junto.
LLegaron por separado y no era tarta eran 4 pastelitos para hornear y unas flores nada que ver con lo elegido.
Sinceramente era una fecha muy especial y el importe gastado nada que ver con lo que recibió la persona .
Una auténtica decepción .

No compren en esta empresa. Pague 100 dollares por un cuadro personalizado y mandaron 5 dias mas tarde al dia de entrega. Y no habian personalizado el regalo ni habian escrito la nota. Nunca dan un telefono para contactarlos. Es una verguenza que hayan empresas fantasmas como,esta

Dicen que han entregado el pedido y se quedan con el dinero y no entregan nada.....una ESTAFA en toda regla!!!

This company is very shameless, they change the dates and the product for which you pay, they deduct the money from your credit card but then they do not want to return the money ...😡😡😡😡

They are really thieves, I made an order they could not send it and they have not returned my money, of this almost two months ago

NO customer service! Tried to contact through website and email to cancel an order right after the booking was made. No response. Money was already taken from my credit card. And eventually the order was delivered although I didn't wat it to be delivered.
