everything about this company is a scam.
the merchandise they sell is of inferior quality.
their customer service is no-existant.
when you ask for a refund they offer 30% of the purchase price.
There is nowhere on their website that contains reviews of their merchandise. What a telling statement that is.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

Stop! Do not order from this company. The prices are too good to be true because this is a fraudulent company. I thought I was ordering from Nordstroms, but when I checked my order minutes later, it was QueenQiqi. They refused to cancel my order even though I contacted them within minutes.

I wish I could give less than one star!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
The shoes that I ordered were such poor quality. They were almost like disposable shoes! I have been attempting to get a refund, but they have no phone number...only email. I sent in all the information they requested and I think the email is AI. It has sent me the same email twice and it was irrelevent because we already discussed that issue. They still have not attempted to send me a return label and state on their site that they will not receive any return unless you contact them and get a return label. You will never talk to a person or even email a person. It's AI.

Tracking information said my order was delivered two weeks ago, which was one month after the order date, but it still has not shown up. Looking back at the product page, it’s now obvious it is AI. The model’s hand floats right through the fabric in a video. I think this is a fake scam website. Do not buy from them.

Product lijkt totaal niet op wat er op de wensite vertoont wordt. Ook had ik een snelle levering geplaatst, kwam alsnog een week te laat. Hopelijk laten ze het mij retourneren en krijg ik mijn geld terug. Grote scam!
