Statutory requirements delay it all

New statutory requirements seriously delay and complicate the incorporation procedures. Not QCF's fault, I know, but the experience is too time-consuming now.

Several days ago I verified my


Several days ago I verified my documents and sent the required information, but to this day I haven't received a response. I also contacted support via email, but I haven't received a reply either. I thought they would deliver on their promises of 24/7 support and company setup in 24 hours. I'm truly dissatisfied with their services. With better options available, I decided to take a chance on them, and it was the worst decision I could have made.

Update:
After posting this review, I was contacted within a few hours and the issue was resolved the same day. Therefore, I will update my rating to 3 stars.

I was back and forth with tide for


I was back and forth with tide for around 3 weeks trying to register my company so i decided to look elswhere and come across QCF which took my information and had my ltd company registered within 2 days!!! quick and efficient, definitely recommend.

Affordable and fast process

So far it has been a great process, I’m still in the beginning stages for developing my business and there’s a lot of overwhelming support behind me. I will expand my review once I use all of the services I’m entitled to within the my chosen package.

Unprofessional & incompetent

Placed an order to form LLP on 15/10/25 with Guaranteed Same Day Service. I clearly instructed on the phone and email to proceed only if you could incorporate on 15/10/25. I was assured by thier team that it would be incorporated same day. It didn't happen and they didn't show any remorse.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Muhammad. We sincerely apologise for the experience you have had and fully understand how disappointing and frustrating this must have been, especially given the assurances you received and the importance of having the LLP formed on 15/10/25.

Please know that your request was taken seriously, and your order was submitted to Companies House on the same day using the Guaranteed Same Day Service, as you specifically instructed. Unfortunately, on that particular day, Companies House encountered an unexpected technical issue that affected a number of submissions, including yours. We deeply regret that this issue, which was outside of our control, prevented your company from being incorporated on the date you requested.

We understand that this outcome did not meet your expectations, and for that we are truly sorry. We also regret that you did not feel properly supported following the delay. Providing clear communication and delivering on our commitments are central to the service we aim to provide, and we clearly fell short in this instance.

As soon as we became aware of the problem, we refunded the Guaranteed Same Day Service fee in full. We also offered to dissolve the company at no cost to you, should you wish to start the process again in future. However, we completely understand if this did not feel like an adequate resolution.

We would very much like the opportunity to make this right. If you are still open to proceeding or require any further assistance, please contact me directly. I will ensure your matter is given priority and handled with the care and attention it deserves.

Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.
