I bought a Hoodie at Quba Sidmouth

I bought a Hoodie at Quba Sidmouth
Branch but returned it due to not suiting me ,Tanya was exceptional
Took her time to find me a Hoodie I liked ,the gentleman whose name I didn't get was also patient and helpful
That sold me the first Hoodie,
Excellent quality clothes
Would recommend.

Outstanding customer service

I previously bought a hoodie online from Quba as a Christmas present for my partner but within a couple of times of wearing, the stitching design started to come undone in various places and I was really disappointed. I contacted Quba and they immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent to my home in Spain. Due to delivery partner deliveries in Spain, it was not delivered and returned to the UK. I contacted Quba again and they immediately sent it again and is now received. I have bought from Quba many times without issue and I have been hugely impressed that their commitment to customer service and satisfaction matches the quality of their products. I would not hesitate buying or recommending them and a special thank you to Neil for ensuring that I recieved a replacemen.

Always the best garments

Always the best garments, I gave a Four as on off the hats shipped wasn't bagged up. Still that's a blemish on your top gear

Checking your order you did get one of the sale price hats. It is likely the hat did not have a bag to send in and is probably why it was a reduced price.

Really fast service

Really fast service. I had to return an item bought online. I had the money in my account within 48 hrs. Brilliant! Lovely service from the lady in Fowey too. She deserves a thank you ☺

Great service and product!

Great service from the team in Quba Padstow and they directed me to the website and gave me all the details to order on line. Website was easy and delivery as expected. Quality of the jacket is great.

This order arrived fairly quickly

This order arrived fairly quickly, but this replaced another item that was supposedly in stock but after several days of paying for the item, I was told they were out of stock. Hence a poor ish score..

What I ordered arrived quickly and


What I ordered arrived quickly and looks great. However, as it is a Christmas present, it hasn’t been tried on yet - fingers crossed it fits.
As it arrived by Royal Mail I was very pleased that I was in as a trip to the sorting office is never fun.
