No problems

First time I've used quest, ordered online which was simple and hassle free, everything arrived in good time and was a decent quality.
I will more than likely purchase from them again.

Hi Donald,

We apologise for the delay to your order. We can assure you that the product was dispatched by us the next day on a standard delivery, it's unusual for a delay in shipping but this time it appears to be the case. I have sent an email directly to you to offer free shipping on your next order with us. I hope you choose to use our service again as we always prioritise a fast despatch on orders.

Regards,

The Quest team

Exellent customer service

Exellent customer service. On recieving my order there was a problem with a couple of items not being what I ordered. On phoning customer service it was put down to a picking error and the correct items will be sent.

Well in less than 24 hours they were delivered. Mistakes happen, it's the way that they are dealt with that counts. This was spot on.
