I have used quick thoughts since 2019 so far it's been great .

Anything less than 5 stars would be dishonest.
The best survey site.
( The only thing is that there is not cash option for redemption, but plenty of Amazon - target and apple shopping to do)

Whenever there is a problem with getting rewarded for completing surveys, customer service promptly takes care of the issue

So far their customer service department is top notch. Any issue I've had they've fixed as quickly as they could. There are glitches with the surveys and I've had a few not credit upon completion, but so far a quick email and someone gets back in touch with the correction within 48 hours. I've earned a decent amount.

I’ve been using QuickThoughts for a while and have had good success overall. I’ve earned a decent amount and have successfully received my Amazon gift cards without any problems. I currently have enough to cash out again, which is always nice!

My only frustration is when a survey says I qualify and then disqualifies me at the end. I used to receive $0.10 even when I didn’t qualify, but lately that hasn’t been showing up. I also had an error with one survey, but the QuickThoughts team handled it quickly and made it right, I really appreciate that kind of support.

Overall, it’s a solid app if you’re patient and consistent.

Best survey app I ever had. Support service are always active and helpful. Legitimate earning app. I am happy that I found this app in my life.

I do surveys in my spare time and I er the years I know the good ones and when it comes to customer service quick thoughts go above and beyond they have very quick responses they are very very polite and always take care of any problem I might have they are to say the least the best customer service online.

The QuickThoughts team has been AMAZING in helping with the issues with the surveys.

Years ago QT was known for notoriously for their customer service. My husband swore them off completely when they 'stole my hard earned $40' (he never was able to redeem it)....but, and I mean this honestly, they have turned themselves around! I have had a few interactions with QuickThoughts and (to my surprise) felt really good about the response! Its been about a year since I "restarted" this survey app, and its been wonderful. If they burned you in the past, I urge you to give them another shot. They might just surprise you too.

Quick thought always quick to reply almost as quick as blink of in eye it’s legit and I recommend to everyone

I had an issue with changing my phone number on my account, they got back with me promptly and solved the issue quickly.

Easy to do surveys and very helpful staff when u do have a problem.

Because everysingle time I reach out to them with any mistakes or troubles I'm having they always get back to me with a resolution and are very nice and they don't make me feel I'm wasting there time unlike other surveys do, over the years I do some surveys in my spare time and have a few that I can count on I have faced some of the worst surveys and some will not even get back to u no matter how many times try so again I know the good ones and this app is hands down the very best one out thereI love Amazon and there surveys r always interesting witch is a big plus its so easy to redeem for amazon giftcards I don't care how busy I am I will always have time for quickthoughts.

I was having an issue trying to cash out so I sent an email to the company and they responded immediately and within a couple of days the issue was solved. They were so nice and helpful.

I’ve never had a problem with QuickThoughts, and I’m totally not paid or a bot or whatever. When a survey tries to rip me off, I send a detailed email and usually get paid. QuickThoughts is easily the best-paying of the survey sites but, like all of them, you’ll get rejected more than you’ll get accepted. That’s just the way it is.

File a ticket if you’ve answered questions beyond the usual demographic info and/or spent longer than a few minutes. Include as much detail as you can: survey subject, how long you spent answering questions, how much you were supposed to get paid, as many details as you can remember about what you saw/read in the survey. Be reasonable and don’t just send an angry message with no details.

All of that being said, I do have a couple criticisms. When reporting a survey, it would be much easier if our activity history were more detailed and we could click on the offending survey and file a ticket from there. I’ve gotten paid for surveys that tried to rip me off, but I’ve sometimes forgotten how much I was supposed to get paid or how much time the survey was supposed to take. I’ve had to take a reasonable guess at times because the info simply isn’t available.

Also, multiple taps are sometimes necessary to get a cursor when you have to type your answers. It’s really weird because no other survey app has this problem. The amount of time necessary to take a survey is crucial in making it pay, and these extra taps over and over again really start to add up.

QuickThoughts isn’t perfect but you can 100% make a few bucks here and there with it. You just have to *effectively* advocate for yourself when you experience a problem.

Quick thoughts is very shady I was doing quick thoughts so I made like 30 dollars and then I redeemed over the week so tell me why it's going on 2 weeks and I haven't received not one survey at all I messaged them several times and haven't received a reply they are very shady I know a couple of people who also do quick thoughts and got banned and stop getting surveys all of a sudden they are no good they are very very very shady if you want to do something and get a little change try qmee because quick thoughts is full of bull and mess!!!!! These reviews must be paid lies!!

Good site for rewards. It gives you a huge rewards for surveys. The best!!
