Seit neustem bekomme ich nur Umfrage mit 0 Punkten.Support a twortet nicht auf Fragen.Sehr unseriös,kann nur abraten.

Je mets quand même 4 étoiles du fait des récompenses que j'ai reçu mais depuis quelques jours, depuis que j'ai fait la mise à jour je ne peux plus répondre aux enquêtes car il y a la fenêtre avec mes coordonnées qui s'affiche je les mets à jour et quand je clique sur 'submit' la page ne bouge pas je suis bloquée.

They make you fill out 20 surveys only for them to review your account for **72 Hours**. It has been several months and my account is still under review and from the looks of the reviews here, I'm not the only one.

Absolutely disgusted with them. I've been with them for years. Done hundreds of surveys, always cashed out successfully. Now they want photo ID to verify me. I don't think so. You haven't needed it until now. If I was a new customer and I had to provide photo ID provide this I certainly wouldn't. £24 I have and they will not allow me to withdraw and all surveys stopped until I provide ID. Please don't waste your time with this company. I am disgusted with them.

Also diese App ist die schlechteste App,die je gespielt habe,ich habe einige Jahre mitgespielt,und plötzlich hieß es,ich habe gegen die Geschäftsbedienungen Verstößen,haben die mich für immer gesperrt,das sind Methoden,einen für immer los zu werden,ich verurteile das aufs Schärfste,so Methoden anzuwenden,ich habe sicherlich zu viel Geld verdient,und dann schnell los werden,deshalb rate ich davon ab,mich hat man so verärgert und ich bleibe bei meiner Meinung,man sollte erst gar nicht anfangen,bei dieser total schlechte. App Umfragen zu machen,meine Daten genug bekommen,und dann einfach raus geschmissen,wie beschämend ist das denn,na vielleicht bekomme ich ja Mal eine Entschuldigung,oder eine Stellungnahme dazu,wünschenswert wäre es,

I should have checked more about this company. The let my identity get stolen but I didn’t realize the hack because they froze my account and wanted me to send all my “government ID information to a 3rd party and to include pictures! I didn’t and I’m having my issues legally reviewed! I spent way too long answering surveys for $2 and then those answers became part of information that was hacked. It is a huge scam and misleading mistake!

Wasting my time. I filled out all my info and every time I tried a survey I am disqualified. Basically just to keep telling me I qualify and then after filled out almost all the questions to disqualified me. One of the worst app from my experience

This company is a scam. They have no problem with you're account as long as you're doing surveys until you go and cash out. They first send you're phone a code to verify. Then an email saying you are verified and can cash out. Still won't let you and says under review for 72 hours. After that they will tell you you have to upload a valid ID. Don't do it unless you want to get hacked.

Its been over 72 hours(they say they need to review your account before you redeem and it may take up to 72 hours) and I still cannot redeem my rewards. Not happy!

I wish I could give ZERO stars. SCAMMERS! I got to $9.50, 50 cents away from being able to redeem and they locked my account and will not tell me why or how to fix it. Mind you that $9.50 took waaay more time to make than you can even imagine. They get surveys done for free because they don't pay and claim you broke terms of service but never say how. Need to be shut down.

The 5 star reviews are FAKE and the app is a SCAM. Filter by most recent and notice how all the positive reviews are incredibly short and similar. Every single time I clicked on a survey I had to answer a lots of boring and basic questions only to be told I don't qualify. So why does it literally say that I DO qualify in the description? It's a scam. I do not recommend at all. The only legit app like this is Google opinions.

Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I have done quick thoughts surveys for nearly a year. Shortest survey platform for my personal use. I moved across the United States and all is a sudden there are no survey offers. After month or two checking in often I finally wrote an email, and I allegedly done my surveys to fast from what level info I could squeeze from them. For personal and price reasons I will not state how many others I use and have for up to ten years. Some less but others that long. Never have I gave an answer that I will stand beside, but this survey base don't want honest opinions. One of the biggest companies in the United States and as far as I know the world I do surveys for and receive free products to try before they are even advertised to the public. These people were paying me $2.00 per survey and I have done several and some I do for only pennies, and few at that. The pay out isn't what determines how I answer the question but the full aspect of the product makes the determination for me. I get invited to purchase products and then review and at that point receive a full refund. Not all things can be determined by just a pic and a few lines but I sure do my best to give the proper and unbiased review good bad or just plain evil. Thank you Francis Eden.

I had used quick thoughts before I didn't have a problem cashing out my incentives they don't let you know in the beginning that you do not actually get cash but you either get a Apple gift card or a Amazon gift card that's number one I don't know why these survey sites continue to think the people are so going home over brand gift cards people will prefer to have cash and do with it as they please that's number one number two I finally got enough in my account to cash out for the second time some of these surveys will let you completely finish them then at the end they will at the very end they will tell you that you did not qualify they will tell you that it is 5 minutes long when it is actually 30 minutes long but that's you've invested 10 minutes and you feel like what the hell I can't go on any longer but it'll drag on for another 20 minutes that's number two number three when I found you got to that market I went to cash out I realized they were going to send me a phone verification well I just got a new phone telephone call to tell them so basically once I realized this I tried to get in contact with them via an email well I sent you emails which will not responded to 2 hours later but they have a 24-hour customer service number which I I called what send it to be the very same message I've been called the parent compan and of course the same thing no one answers and you get an answering machine which tells you they're not available until leave a message that is not a 24-hour help desk that in no way now not only did I give them the correct information they have yet to update my file so that I may cash out my incentives if we take the time to thoughtfully do their service answer them correctly make them thousands upon thousands and possibly and I'm sure more than likely millions of dollars for their survey site you would think something is simple as a telephone number change we could perfect that ourselves or at the second that they got that email with my phone number on if they would have reached out to me and called me and asked me for my date of birth and my ZIP code and did it immediately but that's not the way things are done see because we make them money and they make us wait and it's about time that we stop taking Pennies from the dollars that they make and we're the ones doing the work and then they turn around and treat us like trash with insufficient customer service no quality Redemption choices why are we accept the Amazon gift cards this is my last survey for them but I would like to make sure the 9th century cash out and I wanted them cashed out today because maybe I wanted to order something from Amazon that I want to deliver first thing in the morning because I have an Amazon account that has money on it I know it did not come from that but I know from now I want none will ever come from the messages because they do not know how to treat the people who make the money and there Comes A Time and point when we must stop being used by these big corporations getting pennies you're getting dollars and we're getting abused.

No stars is more appropriate. Once I earned money, they didn’t pay out and after I emailed them they just blocked my account. QuickThoughts told me my participation in the surveys wasn’t reliable. That is simply not true. I think they just don’t want to pay. STAY AWAY from this company. Scammers…

Quick Thoughts was the second survey site I visited tonight and just like the others I visited, I wasted my time. I got either disqualified or access to surveys that were listed as available were, in actuality, NOT available. I have learned by experience that when THIS is your first experience, it will continue to be your experience. No amount of ‘reward points’ can replace or reimburse ‘wasted time’. SEE YA!! Peace! I’m out!

Horrible app and complete waste of my time. Accrued a $20 balance and then I went to redeem only to be told they suspended my account and all money earned is forfeited. I should have read the reviews before using this horrible app.

If I can give these scammers no stars I would scammed me out of 10 bucks said my participation in the surveys were fraudulent but they were not they just didn't want to pay out the money that I earned and I quickly realized that other people realize this too because of reviews stay away from this site ,they are rip off artists and then had the nerve to tell me they suspended my account indefinitely like I give a s***🤔💪🌲S

I took numerous surveys and had earned $10.00 I attempted to redeem the rewards and got a message that my account was under review for up to 72 hours. I continued to take surveys and my total came to $19.50. At that point, I ceased having any surveys come up. I sent customer service an email about my problems and was told that I had violated their terms of service. So my account was suspended. No further details were given. A TOTAL waste of my time. Would not recommend this app

I used this app for only a month or so, there were so many surveys to fill in and suddenly I didn’t had any surveys anymore. I almost reached the amount to pay out.. so I waited patiently for new surveys. After a few weeks of checking in the app I reached out to customer service and asked why I don’t get any surveys anymore. They said my account was BLOCKED. Like what the hell?!?! Just like that, out of the blue. They don’t give a specific reason for it, no information or whatsoever. They are very vague about it. I have no idea why my account was blocked (FOREVER)! It’s a scam! Don’t WASTE your time on this app. Literally waste of time.

It wasn't until after I reached out to support that they informed me that they suspended my account for suspicious activity. When I asked them for details on suspicious activity they are seeing on my account( because like many other reviews here, I didn't do anything suspicious) , they just said there was suspicious activity and they had no choice but to suspend my account. With the glitches from the app and the lack of communication from support, I wouldn't waste my time with this app.
