I have just finished an 8 session course of one to ones with Will from quietnote. Will took me through a variety of different meditations both using music and without. We worked on implementing a daily mindfulness practice into my everyday life. It has been a fantastic experience. I feel a lot more confident and able to use mindfulness more intuitively during my day. The use of music was really interesting and helped make mindfulness more accessible. Will created a really safe space where I felt I could get the most out of the sessions.

It's been great having Will introduce some mindful techniques that I wouldn't have thought I would have benefited from. Will has a respectful and inclusive approach which puts you at ease and helps you find what works for you. Enjoyed the music (especially the drones), observation, relaxation and calmness.

Will delivers his thoughts on mindfulness in such a calm professional way that immediately allows yourself to embrace some of the techniques into your own life. Would recommend after being very sceptical.

Will has such a calming manner and delivers his lessons in a really inclusive, soft yet reassuring manner.
The sessions have been a huge benefit to myself and my team.

This was the second Quietnote course I’ve done and I can’t rate it highly enough. Each session was an oasis of calm in an unusually busy time in my life and a positive pleasure. Will’s obviously a musical expert and his musical choices and talented guests were always interesting. This is a great way to get into mindfulness! Super easy to use site and loads of content to get stuck into. I try to use it at least twice a week, would definitely recommend giving it a go!

User-friendly website with decent graphics. I really enjoyed the introduction course with daily videos which were easy to incorporate into my routine. I also participated in the 'art of listening' series of instructor-led online courses which were really engaging.

Through Will Crawford who I know through Intercultural Roots I subscribed to quietnote and very much love their mindful music and art of listening. After listening to the music and actively following the mindful activities I do feel more present and peaceful within myself. Thank You!
