We contacted Quooker with a problem with our tap. They responded quickly and their service engineer,Ryan Platts, attended promptly and fixed the problem with no fuss

Jason arrived promptly for our service visit. I rang on Monday and received a service for Wednesday. Our Quooker tap had stopped working after 11 years and I expected to have to replace it. Jason was very friendly and professional and got the tap working again saving us a large amount of money.

From initial contact by email to the service call today Quooker exceeded expectations. From the initial contact advice was given on the repair but with the alternative more cost effective option of incorporating the repair with a service call. I was kept fully informed of appointment time and the engineer Bryan Haberlin arrived a few minutes early. From the moment Bryan arrived he was pleasant and professional. He explained what was wrong and what he would be doing to fix the issue. When he was finished he again went above and beyond and because I had had a recent injury reassembled the cupboard shelving where the tank is installed. Thanks again Bryan…

Selection, sale and installation all went very smoothly. I would recommend going to the showroom in Ballsbridge to help select the best Quooker for your needs.
