Racing One Lab レビュー 

Order full bike suspension from racing one lab, after 3 weeks waiting, no update. Then i contacted the shop on their IG page, and the seller said they will update in 1 week. One week later, still nothing, I messed them again, this time, they waited a couple days before repling and again postpone the delivery date.

Now 7 weeks later, NO product, money charged.

I am going to request a refund from cc. hopefully no other people get scammed

Tutto ok, scarico tutto ok anche se ci ha messo un po’ ad arrivare, ma non è colpa tua Max. Venditore super disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Ottimo servizio 👍

Il mese di agosto ho comprato un UPmap T 800 e filtro Sprint P08 per la mia Streetfighter V4 a un prezzo veramente inferiore ad altri venditori, settimana scorsa ho ordinato uno scarico per la Streetfighter V2 di mio figlio, e mi arriva già domani, anche questo ad un prezzo prezzo veramente basso rispetto ad altri, servizio clienti eccellente, Assolutamente consigliato, i miei prossimi acquisti sicuramente li farò da lui

I ordered a Matrice Fork Cartridge kit from their site and had it shipped to the Philippines.
It took more than a month to deliver but it's worth it. They had the best price in the market for the Cartridge Kit I was looking for.
Customer support is helpful in following up inquiries. Will definitely order with them again should I need other parts in the future.

I bought a muffler from these guys and it arrived so quickly. the price is good and they replied to email so quickly. they ship the item also very quick. i would go back and order more.

Bought a ixrace m9 for ducati Scrambler from Racing lab one. Im very happy and satisfied. They responded to my email quickly. Even though im in usa, they exhaust came very quickly via DHL service. I m recommended these guys. Thank you

Dies war mein zweiter Kauf bei Racing One Lab. Wie immer alles perfekt und super schnelle und speditive Lieferung.
Ich würde es jedem weiter empfehlen! Absolut Top!

Nach nun mehr als 5 Wochen und wöchtentlichem Vertrösten reicht es mir auch.

Die Ware wird angeworben mit verfügbar man wird aber ständig vertröstet. Genauen Grund gibt es nie, bei den Antworten auf anderen Rezensionen sind immer andere Schuld. Eine Ware als "verfügbar" zu verkaufen die er aber nicht lagernd hat finde ich nicht fair.

Dass es nicht seine Schuld ist dass er seine Ware vom Hersteller nicht bekommt versteht man, aber dann schreib ich nicht sofort verfügbar.

Weiters wird man ständig belogen,
Es heißt immer "nächste Woche verschicke ich es" versendet wird nie etwas. Am Ende "ich schicke dir heute die tracking nummer" dann "ich schicke sie dir morgen bitte geduld" was eine Frechheit angesichts der Tatsache dass man sich seit 5 Wochen geduldet. Natürlich kam dann nie eine Trackingnummer und Antwort bekommt man auch keine mehr.

Der Fall wurde an Paypal übergeben.

Gut gemeinter Tipp an den Händler: Ehrlichkeit ist besser als leere Versprechungen.

Die Ware habe ich mit großer Verspätung und vielen leeren Versprechungen erhalten.
Sie war vollständig und so wie bestellt.
Der Kundenservice war dennoch schlecht da man ständig belogen wurde.

Da auch behauptet wird ich hätte den Paypal Fall nicht geschlossen und Paypal habe ja für den Händler entschieden:
Ich habe sehr wohl Paypal geschrieben dass ich die Ware erhalten habe und der Fall geschlossen werden soll. Ich konnte den Fall nicht selbständig schließen da bereits Paypal eingeschalten wurde und ich nur per Nachricht interagieren konnte. Der Händler hat die Ware (kann ich durch die Sendungsnummer, Emails belegen) 2 Tage nachdem Paypal Konflikt eingeschalten wurde die Ware zum Versand aufgegeben. Sich hier deswegen aufzuregen ist ein Witz.
3 Sterne sind aus reinster Gutmütigkeit meinerseits. Seine Lügerei nervte mich andauernd.
