I was at the Braintree store to buy a gorgeous handbag for my daughters 40th Birthday and had the most exceptional service from Trish - she could not be more helpful - she helped me to select a bag - and was vey considerate as I had a bad back that week so found a seat for me whilst she wrapped it for me beautifully thank you Trish !

Samantha in the Braintree store was quite literally amazing. I came in to look for a gift for my mum and left a really happy customer (mum is yet to receive 😅). She could not do enough for myself and friends I came in with. Super friendly and helpful, and really made the experience one to remember. 10/10 service.

Every time I visit a Radley store, especially the Braintree Village outlet, I leave feeling genuinely impressed. Very nice bags lovely leather and made very well

Came into the Braintree Freeport store today to experience buying my first luxury brand handbag and matching purse. Sam greeted me so kindly and shared my excitement for buying this new purchase. We had a chat and I explained the sentimental reason for why I was treating myself to a classic forever brown leather handbag. She couldn’t have been kinder. She spent so much time going through options with me and made me feel so incredibly special, which made it such a wonderful experience for me. I actually got a little emotional, more due to the reason and how she embraced the reason behind it all and shared in it with me. This marked a special day for me and she made it wonderful. She packaged my bags up in beautiful big boxes with paper, dust bags, large beautiful carriers and I left feeling so valued as a person and a customer. I will 100% be returning to the store and will be specifically asking for Sam. Sam I hope you read this. I know that you understood what had been going on for me recently. You made this purchase mean even more with the meaning that you shared with me and attached to it. Thank you for placating me and for making it such a wonderful experience. Never been so emotional over a handbag. Customer service second to none! X

After speaking to a lovely guy in the Braintree Radley outlet shop he went out of his way to find a store that had the size slippers that I wanted to purchase (as they were out of stock of the size). He gave me the store details and the details of the item I wanted. I then contacted the Gunwharf store who could not have been more helpful. They had the item in stock, arranged payment and 2 days later the slippers have arrived. Best customer service I have received in a long time. These 2 members of staff are a credit to Radley please onto them 🙂

As always, the staff at this store were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Professional at all times.
