Staff were very polite….must be difficult in the present circumstances for them too.

I ordered a pair of cream Bliss Cresent slingback shoes. They arrived the very next day, they are absolutely beautiful! The leather is so soft, the gold Radley signature hardware elevates them from day to evening. The block heel is perfect in height and very comfortable, they are smart and very dressy, perfect for any occasion. I'm so very pleased with them. The packaging and presentation in the box was pristine! Thank you for such excellent products and service.

I ordered a bag and found out the following day that the price has been reduced,. I am happy to keep the bag but obviously at the new price. When speaking to someone I was told that Radley would compensate me with the difference in price. It was mentioned at the time, that I could choose another if I would like to. Please could you advise what I should do now, Thanks

This is my second Radley purse from you, the first one is looking a bit tatty it lasted quite a number of years, time to say bye-bye . I expect this new one will last as long.

Very nice bag, perfect size to hold essentials

I love the bag. Well made. The first bag I ordered came and whoever zipped it up, zipped up the zipper with the interior stuffing so you couldn’t open it. I then return the bag and bought another one. It said the order had been canceled so then I placed another order for the same back And then received two bags and was charged for two bags so I bought three bags total and returned to I am being charged again instead of refunded for one of the two return bags. I have confirmation of receipt by their warehouse facility. I received a refund from the first defective bag and just want the second bag that they sent me that I thought it was a canceled order to be refunded also instead of taking additional money out of my account.

The gift wrap was exquisite and my mother was over the moon with her gift. Beautiful watch and clear instructions x

When going on line to make my order. The website is easy to use and the description of each product is correct and includes sizing.wjen it came to ordering and paying that was also very easy explaining payment for express delivery which I did and it was excellent. Good on line shopping experience and I will use this website again.

I love my new handbag..the craftsmanship & materials are excellent. The interior and exterior leather is so soft and luxurious. The structure of Sloane Street is perfect for me..everything fits and stays organized!
