A realistic and thoughtful diagnosis of the problem in relation to the building, and clear estimate of costing both for installation and electrical connection. The work was completed on the appointed days, and to a high professional standard.

Radon have fitted a new pump for us. Every step of the way the communication was good. Quotes were on time and final balance was exactly what was quoted.
They came when arranged and very efficiently carried out the work.

I called them to get an advise an a quote about a property we are about to buy. Spoke to a lovely lady called Sarah. I have to admit that after quite few companies I have tried to contact they were the most Professional. She listened to what I had to say and my thoughts were and on how to best deal with our situation, while other companies did not even bother. She was the only one to provide me with a written email to use as needed. She has been amazing and supper helpful. I cannot recommend them enough.

Sarah and Lee of Radon Protection UK went above and beyond when we found that we had high levels of Radon in our property. With Sarah's excellent adminstrative and customer support skills and Lee's excellent technical skills, we soon had an effective and attractive Radon sump and vent installed at our home. I cannot recommend Radon Protection UK highly enough to anyone who finds that they have worrying levels of Radon in their own home.

A really quick service from enquiry to estimate and then installation. We had a Radon sump system installed with a fan, this has taken readings down from 300bq to 16bq within a few days.

We have been really happy with the service that we have received from Sarah and Lee.
Communication was excellent from start to finish. We had radon levels at around 380 bq/m3 and after a thorough consultation with Lee it was recommended that we have a sump fitted. The levels were tested again 4 months later and were around 83 bq/m3

From the outset Sarah was kind friendly and supportive. Lee was extremely approachable and knowledgeable and his advice was very comprehensive.

The work was carried out at a subsequent visit which was done extremely efficiently and in a very tidy and respectful way. It is also noted that Lee travels long distances to complete Radon work and this was really appreciated.

A sump has been fitted and the noise is very quiet and not discernable inside the property.

Fantastic service from start to finish. we had a radon sump fitted followed by additional radon testing. Great value for a fantastic Service.

After receiving slightly high Radon readings via the HSA test kit we contacted Sarah and Lee to look at mitigation. Lee visited and was very constructive with his comments and recommendations. We decided to go for a Radon sump which Lee fitted a few weeks later. The works were carried out to a high standard and site left nice and tidy. We are yet to retest as just had the fan fitted but hoping this has solved the Radon issue.

Radon Protection UK have provided a brilliant service. Sarah and Lee have been extremely helpful throughout the process in providing a solution to above average radon measurements. Our property is based in the South West of which two visits were undertaken - therefore the company has gone above and beyond to provide a service of which I’m grateful. The work has recently been undertaken therefore I’m unable to comment on the effectiveness of measurements and will hopefully have the retesting done shortly. However my experience with this company has been very positive and I would highly recommend to anyone in need of help with radon mitigation.
