I can highly recommend the professional family run team at Radon Protection UK. Sarah was quick to respond to all emails and phone calls, she was knowledgeable and reassuring throughout, especially as the radon levels were extremely elevated- averaging 1800bq. The engineer did a site visit and then carried out the works effectively. Within a day the elevated radon readings (in a high Radon area) are now well below safe levels. Great to deal with an exceptional team who take pride in their work and I have already recommended to family and friends.

Any issue with Radon you need to look no further than Radon Protection UK. You will not find more knowledgable people than Sarah and Lee and definitely not experience the customer service they provide from any other organisation. What an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic company to deal with.
Having known nothing about Radon Gas Sarah took a long time explaining to me about Radon Gas. She went out of her way to explain to me what test I needed and how it would work for my house. Sarah Immediately emailed me across information about the company, testing units and what a fan would look like on the house if I needed one to be fitted, so I could read through it all at my leisure.
Without any hesitation I highly recommend this company if you have a problem, or you think you might have a problem with Radon Gas give them a call.

We ordered two 10 day radon tests for a house that we are in the process of buying - these arrived promptly and the results were sent by email in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the results have shown a level in excess of 500bq/m3 in the lounge and 81bq/m3 in the bedroom. I spoke to Sarah today (how great to get a response on a Saturday) and she explained all the ways forward. She was professional, knowledgeable and approachable and if we decide to continue with the process, Radon Protection UK will definitely be our choice to carry out the necessary work.

Thanks to Sarah and Lee. We had Radon readings of almost 10,000 0bqm in the basement of our new home - after the mitigation was installed it dropped to the recommended levels (under 100) in less than 24 hours!!! Wonderful people and we will now have a worry free Christmas :D (installed on 21/12/2023).

Highly recommend! The testing kit arrived really quickly and it was easy to follow the instruction's. Every email I sent was responded to and I was able to get the results fast.

I was most impressed when, on asking advice on Sunday evening about a potential problem with the unit that Lee had fitted, he was in my area on Monday morning, called by and fixed it! Brilliant! And thank you.

A great experience start to finish. We had a deadline to complete a Radon test. Once I had received the detectors I realised this would be tight to meet. Sarah was extremely helpful and helped come up with a way we could receive the results in time. I would recommend them and use them again.

My experience of dealing with this company has been excellent, Sarah dealt with my enquiries professionally and personally, responding with updates via text to ensure I was kept up to date on progress and when results were emailed. A personal service that you don’t often get, highly recommended.

Knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and friendly service

Lee and Sarah were both helpful throughout process. I usually gravitate towards family run businesses and after speaking to Sarah initially and meeting Lee for a quotation, I knew that I made the right choice. Their knowledge, understanding and customer service was spot on.

Sarah and Lee were great in talking through our needs and quickly fitting the work in. The radon sump we had installed was completed in a neat and efficient way. I’m also really happy we can’t hear the fan within the sump inside, only if you’re close outside and then it’s just a hum, non intrusive! Thank you!
