Rainworth ŠKODA レビュー 

Just picked up my new car from rainworth Sheffield,and was very impressed with the whole service from start to finish. The salesman Oliver was not a run of the mill salesman,from the moment we sat down with him and i explained that i wasn't exactly sure what model/style of car i wanted he spent time narrowing all the options until i settled on the one i've just picked up. He made what can be quite a stressful experience really quite pleasant! Have used a few dealerships in my time but this one seems to pride itself on going a little bit further in the customer satisfaction area.

We have been using Rainworth Škoda for many years. Recently bought a Fabia model from this company. Excellent customer service from Simon who provided great knowledge and explained everything we needed to know. Impressed with Simon’s aftercare when we had a couple of issues which was resolved promptly.

Just purchased a new Skoda from Rainworth, Mansfield. Our salesman Steve Cantrell was excellent from start to completion. He kept us informed throughout the process and was a genuinely nice guy. Would highly recommend him and would not hesitate in using Skoda ,Mansfield in the future.

3 years ago bought my first Skoda car from Rainworth a Fabia and Steve Cantrell was really helpful, not pushy at all and I bought it. Really pleased with the car, it is reliable, comfortable with a bit of power when I need a bit of extra speed. Personal touches count and so does help after you've bought the car! Mine had a factory fault, all sorted under warranty no quibble. Consistent great customer service. Would and have recommended.

I received excellent customer service from Lala at Rainworth ŠKODA. This my third car with this dealership and I have always been impressed with the outstanding customer service. Lala is very professional and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for her. From the first enquiry to servicing, I have always found all of the staff very friendly and approachable. I changed model this time to a Fabia and, with Lala’s help made absolutely the right choice. I am so happy with the car. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future. 5 stars.

Rainworth retrofitted an OEM towbar to my Kodiaq. Took them a week and a half. On collection I found a a number of panels not fitted back with plastic split, missing fixings that had been broken. One panel was split in the boot. I had to order a number of replacement panels to fix. Also changed the grille to allow greater airflow, paint bubbled on bumper where the bent it getting the old grill out. I had to order and replace a new grill as the one they put in was cracked. The cut out for the towbar under the rear bumper was rough and unfinished. The new button in the boot was poorly cut into the existing fabric. Hole too large. These guys made a complete and utter mess of my car for £1300. They even left 2 panel removal tools behind panels. Clearly have no idea how to correctly remove and replace any of the trim or parts. Talentless and took no ownership at all for the damage caused.

I have to say excellent service starting with Steve... from whom I bought my A35 from.. from the first call until I picked my new car the service was 10 out of 10 ... I Highly recommend this dealership they take the time and have the answer your looking for when your looking for a new car...

The service agents gave very good advice and were friendly. They explain ed all aspects of the service in relation to my car. I would not hesitate to recommend Scoda Mansfield to anyone.

From initial contact to vehicle collection, I had a fabulous experience with Rainworth Skoda Mansfield and Mike Ogden. Buying a new car is a fickle process, you just dont buy the car, you buy part of the sales person at the same time, you need them to be available when you need questions answered, when your not sure, when you want things added, when you need advice etc etc etc. Its even worse when you're 300 miles away!! but i can honestly say Mike answered all my questions and queries frankly and honestly, with good advice if he thought a particular service might be useful but with no pressure to add stuff if you didnt want it. The handover on collection day was smooth and trouble free with Mike going through all the equipment on the vehicle quickly and clearly but with no rush to get me out the door. The vehicle was spotless and the rear number plate was straight as a die (squint number plates on new cars are a real pet hate of mine) I would wholeheartedly recommend using Rainworth Skoda Mansfield and Mike Ogden as well.

Picked up my nearly new Karoq Sportline yesterday. Dealt with David Hawley-Oates who went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. He even collected me from the Railway Station to get to the showroom.

Fantastic customer service & a fantastic experience from start to finish. Would definitely use again & also recommend. They couldn't have been more helpful.

I went to Rainworth Skoda to price up a couple of parts for an old Skoda that my son has just bought.

When I walked in it felt just like so many main car dealers do. The showroom was big and shiny and had that impersonal feeling that can also sometimes feel quite daunting. The receptionist asked how she could help and I asked her to direct me to the parts department. They don’t have one as such and you are asked to sit with other customers in a waiting area and wait for someone to come to you. This felt a bit odd as sometimes, in my experience at other dealers, eg Soper BMW Lincoln, the customer needs to see a parts diagram on the computer screen in order to identify the correct part that they are seeking.

Anyway, after a few minutes the 'parts guy' (Mark) came to see me and took my details and returned with the information that I had been seeking. He then asked if there was anything else I wanted and I replied that my son had just bought his old Skoda without a service history, which we would love to have a record of as the mileage was very low and the car is in amazing condition. Mark went to consult with a colleague in the service department and then returned to give me some really useful advice about steps that could be taken to trace a cars history and create a valuable record of that.

Mark was SO friendly and helpful, that it almost felt like I was enjoying a chat in a pub with an old mate. I certainly didn’t expect this when I walked into that ‘impersonal’ feeling showroom.

Picked my Karoq up on 23rd of April Steve the salesman has been brilliant all the way through the sale and I absolutely love the car. When I first had my appointment at Skoda I felt very welcome and the team were very nice... I will definitely go back to Rainworth Skoda again its been a pleasure and Steve is a gentleman..

We pick up our lovely Kodiaq yesterday from Rainworth Škoda Mansfield. Steve our salesman has gone above and beyond for us. Keeping us updated why we wait for it, always making us welcome and their for any questions. His customer care and after care had been excellent. We would highly recommend buying a car from Steve at Škoda.

We recently purchased a pre registered skoda Karoq from Skoda Rainworth Sheffield . We dealt with David Howley-Oates and we were extremely pleased with the service that we received. We felt that he offered us good sound advice and he was very thorough in the way he took us through the purchase, he has subsequently followed up with an after sales telephone call in which he was making sure that everything was to our satisfaction.

I'm a motability driver and I have just been let down big time by Rainworth Skoda of Sheffield. I was expecting a call on the 28th Dec to place an order for a Karoq under the scheme. No call was received and I couldn't contact the dealer. The price changed on the 1st Jan. The price almost doubled for the car I wanted. Thanks a lot Rainworth now I'll have to look elsewhere.

Spoke to Jamie about a Skoda Octavia estate, whilst I decided not to proceed with the vehicle (distance and model not quite right) he answered every question and was incredibly helpful.

I recently bought a car from mansfield branch. The sales rep Steve, mangager and staff were very helpful and made the whole process very easy. I have marked them down as I was delayed a little bit when picking my vehicle up, but generally I was very pleased with the service I recieved.

Costly repair quote not needed. I bought a Skoda Octavia from D M Keith Skoda Dealership second hand some years ago and drive about 2,500 miles yearly.
My repair bills have been steep, often accompanied with the words "Skoda recommends".
2 years ago my aircon was regassed, and it failed again recently.
D m Keith told me there was a hole, and quoted me £726.80 with Skoda parts to repair and £568 not using genuine Skoda parts (I have the quote in writing on your letterhead Order form 58345).
Another garage has regassed the system, and confirmed there was no leak.
Being conned by a so call "Family Business" is annoying.
I await your response to Skoda Sheffield from my letter dated 24th August 2022 before taking further action.
