Always available, smooth purchase

From start to finish both Ben and Simon were fully on board with my property. Throughout the process they kept me fully updated with matters, some times over and beyond, and worked tirelessly to achieve a positive, and more importantly satisfactory, outcome for me. They cannot be praised more highly.

In what has been unusual times with the turmoil in the media about interest rates, will there / won't there be a housing crash.
Both Simon and Ben, have been with me and my family all the way in securing a positive outcome and sale. Proactive communicators, and I was very impressed how hands-on Ben was in removing roadblocks throughout the whole chain. It was a very easy decison to choose Randalls to market our old family home and we were delighted with the service and the results. Simon is tall, but he stands a head and shoulders above the competition.

Randalls handled my onward out if area purchase.
I was refused a viewing when asked as it came near to the sale.
The result was large amounts of rubbish and removed fittings from 2 rooms that were recorded as staying.
Personally, I felt harassed as a buyer and at times had to.pacify the estate agent instead of the other way around.
May be great for the seller but as a purchaser did not feel wholly supported. Now left with additional costs.

An amazing company and an amazing team. Simon was engaging, supportive and tenacious. Without his personal touch and guidance we wouldn't have secured our dream home. They are refreshingly different to other estate agents and I certainly wouldn't be looking at using anyone else in the future.
