Urvashi made sure she provided me with the most competitive rates and she has access to a wide range of lenders which enables her to do that. Urvashi not only provided me with regular breakdowns of rates and cost of borrowing but also understood my financial position and did not ever try to push me towards a sale and was very patient as I had been looking for a property for a while. Once I found the right property for me, Urvashi acted quickly and efficiently to provide me with the relevant documentation.
Urvashi also does not try to hide costs and is very transparent during the whole process.

We were extremely satisfied with the service and advice we got from the mortgage advisor she was able to get us a rate much better than we could find independently with no fees. It was really hard to provide her with all the documents needed but we preserved with the guidance, expertise, knowledge and support from this company. Highly recommend anyone looking to buy a property.
