I cannot praise Randalls highly enough for their very sympathetic, helpful and professional service during what became, through no fault of theirs, a very long-drawn-out house sale, complicated by the lockdown. Ben was unflappable throughout, kept us regularly updated, chased solicitors on our behalf, acted as intermediary and went way beyond the call of duty. Randalls were also spot on in their assessment of the market and in promoting the house in the most effective way. They were a pleasure to do business with, and it's not every day you can say that of an estate agent.

We purchased a property through Randalls Residential a couple of years ago and I have to say they were brilliant. In particular Simon who for us went above and beyond.

As we were using a well known online estate agent for our sale, who certainly didn’t live up to the TV ad hype with their post sales team. In fact we’re borderline useless and we wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Randalls Residential though stepped up and helped us with both the sale of our house and purchase of our new home.

As we had a deadline to meet for completion, Randalls helped guide us through the process and helped ensure we were on track on both side.

In my lifetime I’ve moved homes quite a lot and had many different experiences with a variety of different estate agents. Some good, some horrendous but Randalls Residential for us were exceptional. And I don’t use that word lightly. Takes a lot for me to admit that as I know I have high expectations.

Online estate agents may be a cheaper option but there is a clear reason why. Never underestimate the importance of what happens after you’ve found a buyer. That part is the easy part. It’s the after sales experience which can be the difference between a stress free sale and sleepless nights.

Randalls Residential stepped up on every level and delivered in spades.

Since the above review we have just sold the house we originally purchased a couple of years ago through Randalls. Naturally our first choice was to use Simon again as he knew us, the house and the area. And he didn't let us down! Within a few days he managed to not only secure a sale but also we achieved full asking price due to the number of people interested in our house.

All of the above still stands when it comes to Randalls. They are honest, straight talking specialists who care about you and what you are looking to achieve.

Fantastic service - Simon suggested we view what is now our new home and was so right that it was the place for us - finally moved in and so happy. Nothing was too much trouble for him or Ben - definitely recommend

We recently completed a purchase from Randalls Residential. Ben looked after us from the start of our buying experience and we couldn't have asked for a better service. Ben was always very responsive to our queries and chased solicitors etc where appropriate to keep everything moving.
