No complaints about the product however…
No complaints about the product however I'm working during the day like many of the population. Why don't DHL leave the Parcel with a Neighbour or in a Safe Place instead of leaving it at a Shop which is much further from my Address.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our courier. Usually people receive a notification from DHL with expected delivery time and an option to reschedule/add delivery instructions if they are not in. We will pass this feedback on to the courier but are unable to manage this directly.
Lovely quality
The jars are lovely quality and arrived on time. They were securely wrapped in bubble wrap for transport, I would have preferred them in a box to make storage easier but nonetheless a great product. I will order again.
