I needed to order some samples and was not sure of the process and Steve H. was very helpful with providing all the necessary information and making the delivery smooth so I can get down to testing.

Blood Glucose test equipment for companion animals.
Rapid Labs have supplied us with blood glucose test equipment for some time as we have a diabetic dog. The cost of the test equipment they supply is significantly cheaper than other brands. After an earlier problem with product supply they appear to have now resolved those issues.

Excellent
Great service, prices and quality of goods. Great to be able to talk to a real person for buying guidance. Fast turnaround from ordering, to dispatch and delivery. All correct items sent, no mistakes. Very well packaged for protection resulting in no damage whatsoever. It is a shame you do not stock bottles larger than 100ml and jars larger than 50ml as I would buy those too

Excellent customer service, problems sorted
I ordered a pack of 42 brown jars with lids 3 weeks ago. I have received 1 jar with a lid. When I complained, customer service contacted me and rectified the error. I have received the 42 jars in two days. The jars are good quality and clean, and the lids are beautiful and shiny, with no scratches. Having these available in the UK with quick delivery time and excellent price is great.

Hi Klara,
This has since been resolved, however I am replying to this message publicly for the benefit of anyone reading this review. It appears that we did not receive an email from yourself after checking all our inboxes. This would explain why you did not receive a response from us. We then tried to contact you via the email address registered with your order after seeing this review and got an undeliverable message notification through outlook. We were able to resolve the issue over the telephone and received an updated email address to contact you. We apologised for the error in packing your order, and sent the remaining items you were expecting with next day delivery. I believe you are happy now with the outcome, and are aware that you can call our offices on 01206 250484 any time if you are waiting for more than 24 hours from a reply from us. However, in this instance it seems that the original enquiry was not received and we had an incorrect email address registered to your order. Kind Regards, Tara

Hi Malcolm, thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the shipping rates.
Our courier charges an £8 minimum fee for next day delivery of any items up to 30kg. We have explored other delivery methods but found them to be the most reliable and efficient based on the high volume of goods we despatch each day. I hope this explains the reasoning behind our delivery prices. Should you order more tests from us in the future, you would not be charged any more for delivery whether that was for 1 test or 100 tests.
Kind Regards,
Tara
A great level of customer service......

Excellent service
Excellent service, product and quality all round. If I’d change anything it would be the single use plastics bags the bottles are packed in but I’m sure they have their reasons for that x

We ordered glass bottles for the first…
We ordered glass bottles for the first time after many times buying from different suppliers.
The seller called me straight after our purchase to ask us if we needed samples.
Amazing seller and products.
We are absolutely happy with our purchase.
Glass and pumps are amazing, working well and worth the price.
Fast delivery as well with very good packaging.
Thank you
Don't give up on your dreams.

Great experience
Glad I found them for my diabetic cat's needs - their products are easy to work with, and better priced than the alternatives.
They are prompt with the delivery, and offer customer support 9though the instructions so far have been clear enough so I haven't had to ask them for help)
