I am a new business selling handmade


I am a new business selling handmade oils and was looking for a reliable supplier, I came across Rapid Labs, at first the low prices made me question if perhaps the Customer Service would be a problem, but I was wrong, not only does Rapid Labs have some of the most competitively priced products, their customer service is second to none. I spoke to a kind gentleman named Terry who walked me through my options and helped me place an order, within a few hours y order was complete and I received it a few days later. Will definitely shop again - thank you for everything/

The pump bottle tops were far too long


Delivery time was super.

Hi Julia, thank you for your feedback. To keep our prices competitive whilst still offering rapid delivery, our atomiser caps fit all sized dropper bottles from 5ml-100ml. We state on the product pages that the suction tube can be cut down to fit the size of the bottle.

Disapointing

3 stars simply because of the postage and dispatch. £8.odd for postage. Ridiculously expensive for 1 small tub of test strips! Ordered 22nd never dispatched till 26th delivered 28th.
Test strips are fine tho, but do need a bigger blood sample than other canine BG meters, which has resulted in a lot of wasted strips.
(Had ordered the meter on ebay which came within 3 days from same seller)

I am sorry for the delay in getting these despatched and delivered to you though, we have been exceptionally busy over the past few weeks.
