i bought a $1600 recliner with motorized legs and lumbar for medical reasons. the motored failed twice and i’ve been waiting 3.5 months for a replacement motor. management at the albany ny store are no help and i will never anything from raymour again after many years of purchases by me and my family

Salesperson (Alfia) was knowledgeable and helpful by offering options available to us without being aggressive.

So first of all, the women who helped me was pleasant to deal with. She walked me through everything i needed to do to fulfill my order. I would say she was the main reason for the 5 stars. But to honest with you the whole crew seem to be nice.

I've been waiting on my furniture to be repaired since January and I keep being told first in May will be fixed then June and now August

Tim asked what I was looking for when I came in, showed me where they were and let me look around by myself. No pressure at all. Great personality! He followed up afterwards answering any questions. Very knowledgeable! Good sense of humor and I get my delivery on Tuesday!! Can’t wait for my new bedroom furniture to arrive.

I ordered online. But nothing I received had my order number on it. I found this odd.

I was greeting when I enter the store and was directed to the area of the item I was looking for. I was left alone to look without pressure. Only when I was ready the salesperson that assisted me was very knowledgeable about items that I was looking for and was able to make a purchase and was very satisfy.

This was our first time to the Outlet location. Fiamma was incredibly helpful and patient with us as we searched for odds and ends to our new home. quality sucks. two guys that barely speak english delivered. furniture was not assembled correctly.
