Great experience
Frank is amazing. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Sometimes buying furniture is a dreaded experience, but he asked the right questions, listened to what I was looking for and gave me choices without being pushy. I highly recommend Frank with Raylour and Flannigan

Always love Raymour & Flanigan
This was our first time to the Outlet location. Fiamma was incredibly helpful and patient with us as we searched for odds and ends to our new home. She was very knowledgeable on the products and took time to help us find the right pieces. We really appreciate the time she spent with us. Can't wait for the new furniture to arrive!

Sam did not rush us! He was very helpful in the choices we needed. Within ten minutes, my purchase was made! I purchased living room furniture. I will Definitely be back to complete my furniture needs! You definitely hired a very talented salesman!

Don’t waste your money on a warranty
I’ve bought a whole dining room, bedroom set and two living room sets but my last living room set is trash I’m disappointed and to top it off I bought the warranty called the company had to leave a message to get my furniture fixed… I still haven’t heard from anyone!!! They have lost my business

I ordered a kitchen table online
I ordered a kitchen table online. The website told me to pick the order up on Saturday. I went in on Saturday and they said that they don’t have the order because the website has an ongoing problem where it sets a date for pickup that is not possible for the actual store to fill. I was never contacted between the time of placing the order and the time of pick up and upon arrival they offered me no compensation whatsoever basically just told me that’s too bad. I canceled my order on the spot and drove to another furniture store that ended up working out perfectly

Salesman gave us space to explore and was there with explanations when needed. He was patient as we did an extensive exploration of the store. We purchased a living room set rug and mattress!

I was met at the store entrance with a friendly greeting by Frankie Dimezza. Frankie listened closely to the description of the type of furniture I was searching for and provided many options. I returned the next day and asked for Frankie who kindly helped me narrow down my choices and subsequently fulfilled my order!
I was very happy with the sales service and staff.

No pressure to buy
No pressure to buy. This is my second purchase of furniture from Raymour and Flanigan this year. Frankie is a pleasure to work with and I received my furniture in 3 days. And delivery was smooth done professionally.
