mark was unbelievable. he is knowledgeable, patient and so so helpful. he has made the whole experience more enjoyable. i don’t think i could have made my final decision without his guidance.

Hawa was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional

The delivery team, led by Vinny was great!

Delivery was on time, and very quick and professional. Unfortunately, I purchased a white leather loveseat, and noticed a scratch on the seat (2 hrs. later). I called the store, they had me call a different number. I left my name and info. But they have not yet called me back, to tell me what to do. A shame, because I thought Real leather, was going to be better than the imitations.

Our visit to Raymour & Flanigan ended in a purchase of a beautiful sectional and recliner. Our concerns and questions were answered and Frank, our salesman, was extremely helpful. Also the individual that handled our checkout was pleasant and friendly.\

Salesman Teddy in Bridgewater is so helpful and knowledgeable
. The other people in the store are always kind and helpful too .

FROM THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

INDEED, IT IS NON-EXISTENT. THERE IS NO EMAIL, THERE IS NO 'REAL' CHAT SERVICE. THE PHONE SERVICE IS, OH NEVER MIND. YOU GET THE POINT.

Great selection and the lady who helped us was very nice and not pushy at all. Helpful to answer questions and kept checking in with us but making sure she gave us our space.

Frank our sales person was very helpful and answered our questions. He was very professional.

I worked with Hawa Turay today and she was exceptional. We walked in she asked a few pertinent questions and then guided us to appropriate areas. She did not hover, which I Hate, but checked in periodically in case we had questions. Highly recommend her.

Seamless delivery and carefully wrapped

I just had the most pleasant shopping experience at the Raymour & Flanagan, Bridgewater, NJ store. Our sales person Lynn Saltarelli was outstanding. Superior product knowledge and extremely friendly, I walked out confident that I made the perfect choice for a new mattress.

Germain was awesome! He was very personable and made the couch buying process super easy. We had an idea of what we wanted and we were in and our in 20 minutes.

I came in looking for a couch for my new apartment, and Hawa could not have been more helpful and personable while guiding me through the process! She was very knowledgeable about the products and even knew which materials I should avoid as a cat owner. I was blown away by the level of customer service I received here.

While in the store the associate kept her distance and checked in every once in a while. See if I have any questions. Which is great. I did not feel pressured at all. She was very helpful with a lot of information.

Gianna made the shopping experience so wonderful! She took her time to ensure I had exactly what I needed and had really helpful suggestions along the way!

I love Raymour & Flanigan. It's a lovely store with really great sales staff. It's my go-to-place for my furniture and mattress needs. Thank you!
