A place to rest-
Jeffrey is top notch. He explained everything with patience and expertise. He showed me various models of couches and went over all my questions. And I had many. Very kind and professional. I love the new sofa I will be getting. He told me I can have it delivered any time.

Tom, a store salesperson was welcoming and helpful.
He answered questions and showed me the section I needed to be in to see what I was looking for. I ordered the wall art (not the store's biggest purchase, I realize). But this salesperson would be a draw to return to this store.

Worst customer service I've ever…
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The sales rep was more concerned about their commission than helping us get the furniture we need and delayed the process by a week, causing the couch we ordered to be sold out by the time our order went through. There's been constant mis-information from customer service and sales, including about delivery. I was told the couch would be delivered today but it's just available for delivery today and can be scheduled for this week. There's no option to request a delivery window to help working professionals. I feel like I've been at the mercy of the Raymour process since the start with no clear communication and I regret making my purchase. I hope the furniture is comfortable. If it is, I recommend purchasing online and not in-store.

Excellent service from the salesman Walter. Not sure we will be ordering the particular item we were looking at but thought the salesman was very helpful.
Following up, we purchased the chair and Walter took great care of us. And the chair was just what we needed.
