I had a problem ordering online but when I called the store the salesman was able to help very quickly and efficiently.

I made an online appointment to visit the downtown Brooklyn showroom on Memorial Day. I was interested in buying a sleeper sofa, and wanted to test the comfort of the mattress. Also the sofa was available in two colors, and I was undecided because colors can appear different in the light of day, so I needed to see them personally.
I was also in need of an occasional chair and had seen two different possibilities online. I was undecided and felt I could best judge which one to choose in person.
Delivery time was an important factor, as I needed my choices to be in stock so they could could be delivered in a matter of days.
My salesman was Jesus, a very patient and helpful person, who was diligent in giving me satisfaction, and making sure of a quick delivery date.
It was unfortunate that none of the sleeper sofas was on display in the spacious showroom, and also neither of the occasional chairs were on the floor.
I did wind up ordering both items in the most neutral colors to at least reduce the possibility of being unhappy with a shade of color that might not harmonize with the rest of my living room.

The salesperson was very attentive and helpful I appreciated how thoughtful he was in helping our selection I will bring back my mother in law when shes ready to pick out her living room furniture.

What a store and what an even better salesperson! Harry was so helpful while also not pushing us to make any decisions. He was unbelievably knowledgeable, but not overbearing. He truly helped us make the right decision for us.

Bought close to $20.000 in furniture last year and this year from here. I must say the beat collection was the Lucerne I recently purchased. Large pieces spacious as well as sturdy and elegant pieces.Also the delivery men were very good and didn’t damage my heavy furniture going up the stairs nice men.

We went to the Manhattan store on West 66th and Broadway. Twyla Carson greeted us at the door and showed us a variety of mattresses and discussed options. We had to leave unfortunately for another engagement, but she gave us her card and invited us back anytime. She had written which days she worked and which days she was off. Having checked online at the Raymour & Flanigan site several days later the mattress and boxspring I thought would be perfect for our bed, I added them to the online for my account. I held off paying however. I then booked an appointment online with Twyla. The next day we arrived at the store and she immediately greeted us and had already researched what I had saved in my cart! That was great because she took us right to the floor model we wanted. She answered and confirmed all our questions about height of the mattress and the boxspring and how to match the height we had at present at home from floor to top of mattress. She told us we should go with the 5" boxspring rather than the 9", an option we were not aware of that it came in two heights. The 5" boxspring plus the new mattress height would be virtually as high as our old bed at home. She priced it out including covers for both mattress and boxsprings. Warm and personable and sharing a bit about her family and without any hard sell we followed her to the check-out counter and made arrangements for delivery after paying. Couldn't have been simpler. Really a pleasant experience from start to finish.

I was greeted by Evelyn who knew exactly what I was looking for. Took me to it and I committed to purchasing on the spot. She was professional, helpful and caring. The complimentary waters r a nice touch for parched shoppers!! Very pleased.

The coffee table I ordered was delivered by two professionals who brought it in perfect condition and placed it exactly as I asked! I received earlier text alerts about the time of their arrival. This could not have been a better experience.

I love Raymour & Flanigan. I've bought a number of items there over the years and recently bought a computer table/desk and bench to go with it. I love them both and the service at my store (Stroudsburg, PA) was professional, informative, and helpful. I'll be back soon for my next purchase - a dining room table and chairs. I know I can trust Raymour & Flanigan to have excellent, stylish furnishings that are well-priced. And their delivery including assembly is excellent. It's my go-to place for beautiful, functional furniture.

Excellent furniture and the delivery personnel did a great job in efficiently and carefully setting up the furniture in the room where I wanted it. Very reliable.

At the moment , disappointed, raymour confirmed delivery between 11-2 and after calling multiple times to find out the status of our delivery ,, we have not heard from the company or the driver

We wasted an entire day waiting and have no idea of the furniture will arrive

Never received mattresses. Called 2 stores, emailed and texted several times to no avail.
