Elison greeted us with a smile when we walked in and gave us space to make our own decisions. He helped us place order and was patient when resolving a frustrating technical issue that happened in processing. After delivery he called and texted to make sure we were happy and satisfied. 10/10 would recommend and will shop with him again!! Thank you Elison!!

Great salesman James was absolutely- professional, humorous and knowledgeable- my wife and I spent more money than anticipated but it was James going above and beyond with his customer service!!

Our Salesperson, Dan, was very personable- he listened to what we needed and wanted; showed us what he thought was the best “fit” for us (it was); and led us through the entire process with as few issues as possible. We’re happy campers!

Jim was our salesman and he was great! Super knowledgeable on the products and how everything worked. Even from a picture of our living room drew us out a sketch of best placement options for the sectional. Will definitely be back for more stuff

I have requested service twice over the online portal and not received any notification or follow up regarding this. In addition, I called the Newark, DE store for help with the repair request and they did not respond and it went to the answering machine. Service is very poor

The salesman, Fancy , was very nice. He was also patient with me and my wife. He answered all our questions. Very friendly.

Our salesperson, Elison Polanco, was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and personable. Went out of his way to make sure I got what I came in for.

This is the second time that Lisa Neuhof. She goes above and beyond for her clients. We bought a couch and recliner with speakers for the tv. She found someone at the store that helped us get it set up

I had an amazing experience at Raymour & Flanigan thanks to Joyce Proctor! She worked with me patiently and truly took the time to understand exactly what I needed. Joyce helped me find the perfect bed, along with the right pillows and mattress protector to complete everything.
What stood out the most was how focused she was on my comfort. She didn’t rush the process at all. She made sure I tested options, asked questions, and felt confident in my decisions. Her professionalism, knowledge, and warm personality made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Valentine's Day my husband and I visited the Raymour & Flanigan location in Newark, DE. I just wanted to look around; we really weren't looking to buy anything that day! Dan Ventura, consultant, greeted us and was so VERY pleasant! He did not follow us immediately but directed us and was available if we needed him. Well, it just so happened that we decided to look at recliners. He was so very helpful! Dan spoke to us with pleasantness, knowledge and answered all of our questions! He then said, "I think I have a recliner that would be perfect for you." It sure was and we made the decision to make a purchase! I believe it was due to his knowledge, helpfulness, the ease we felt working with him! I know that if we need further furniture, we will visit Dan again! Thanks Dan!! Raymour & Flanigan is blessed to have you! I will definitely highly recommend him!!

I’ve tried to have my mattress delivered three times and still don’t have it

Raymour & Flanigan is fine if you just order furniture and get it done right then and there. If you need to contact/use the Service Center for any reason.. beware!!! They will finally deliver your items after 4 months and it can still be wrong. Customer Service doesn't care that you've been waiting half a year for a couch. BEWARE!!
