Excellent Service by Amanda Vitali
I never write reviews, but I felt it was necessary as the home furnishing consultant I dealt with online, Amanda Vitali, was exceptional. She went out of her way to make sure everything was correct and explained the whole process to me. She also gave very good advice. Amazing service delivered in a friendly way, Could not have not asked for a better experience. 5 stars all the way!

Chris was spectacular. He greeted us and asked if anything in particular we were looking for he gave us direction and then gave us space to look around . He seemed to truly care about what our needs were. He was patient and genuine.

Lucinda Baldon was really helpful the day when I purchased my sectional sofa and a king size mattress. She is very easily to talk to and understands well of what I was asking for the piece of furniture that I need. She is professional and knowledgeable of what Raymond Flanigan was stranded for. I would definitely go back to buy any more furniture that I need in the future with her again.

DON'T Buy from the Outlet, buy Online
At the outlet, talked us into the 30 day warranty on a mattress and pillows, and would not honor the committment. In general, it was a hassle across the board to negotiate, despite the fact that we were buying an almost $4000 mattress. And, the manager sent us on a runaround by failing to address our issue, then sending us to customer service, who had no authority to help us. Test the mattress at their store, then buy online for a better deal.
