Just had a wonderful experience with Christina from sales. She helped me verify the availability of a product and made it very simple for me to make the purchase by sending me a link.
Your sales staff representative was friendly, very knowledgeable and willing to work with me in making a decision that was the right one for me.

RUDE MANAGER
Managers at the Collegeville location need to get customer service training. I purchased a mattress under 2 years ago and already have a sag in the bed. Customer service measured the sag but did not evaluate it deep enough for the manufacturer to replace it. When I measured, I got different measurements. I called the store and asked for the policy on measuring for sags in a mattress, and I got the rudest manager there. She said they have a tool, and they don't have any policies. After a lengthy discussion about this policy, she called the customer care center, and someone would call me back in 48 hours. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE OR BEWARE OF THEIR POLICIES.
