Kevin O'Neil was very patient and informative. He took his time and helped me with all my questions.

The location we visited was laid out beautifully. All the furniture looked so pretty and everything was so clean and arranged perfectly. Even the bathrooms were immaculate and smelled so pretty.
Our sales consultant, Halina Dzenisevich, was terrific. She made our purchase of a bed, mattress and pillows so easy. We also purchased dining room table and chairs. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and very friendly. She checked every detail for us and went over everything repeatedly to make sure we purchased what we really liked.

Great I ordered my sofa on line which made it Great and easy and was able too give a date for delivery.

Helina provided great costumer service; help us find the couch we were looking for, demonstrated its features but didn’t push and allowed us to make the best decision for us. Appreciate her help. Thank you

This was a surprising experience from Raymour and Flanigan. We still have not received the chair we ordered.

Stephen from the customer order receiving area was great. However, the 2 employees at the service desk seemed to be in another world mentality. I don't plan on ever returning to this store.

Ana was great . She simplified the purchasing process and accommodated all our needs .

I bought a twin bed with mattress and pillow. When I got the order there was a protector and guarantee which I specifically requested not to add. There was also an additional order with three beds and mattresses where I requested a guarantee then when I got the mattresses they came with protectors I never asked for! When I went back to the store at cropsey avenue in Brooklyn,NY they told me the protectors could not be returned and the guarantee and protector could not be refunded- in fact they told me the protectors are part of the protection plan but that is a total lie! If they are part of the protection plan why did they charge them separately at a cost of $150 each on top of the guarantee fee of $600?!?!?!The name of the salesperson for these two transactions was Ana Tsoioa. I went to that store sat 1/14 around 8:15 pm when the customer service and showroom manager there told me they could not do any returns. They just told me “well you should’ve returned it with the delivery” very sarcastically 😐. I already spent enough money there that should be enough commissions for whoever works there- I’ve never had a problem ordering online because I can just refuse the warranty, get my furniture and be confident of what I’ve been charged and paid for - I think you should just fire all the salespeople and just do online only business like Amazon or whatever 😊 .

Very accommodating salesman to my needs, but I was informed today that my special order purchase may not be delivered until February, not November.
That is disappointing and not sure if I should be charged a payment for something I ordered is that far off from delivery.
The sales person and experience was great and done in a professional manner.
