Great customer service,professional, understanding clients needs.Excellent experience.

The visit was fine. I shouldn't have come right before closing because the manager who waited on me seem anxious to close the store, which made me feel rushed and caused me not to get all the bedroom furniture that I had previously talked to hurry about during a earlier visit. He did however take care of setting up the paper for ordering the furniture and the delivery date.

Excellent service. Huge show room. Sales person was very helpful and nice. Love that you can try mattresses. It was for my 18 year old son so he was hopping on a lot of mattresses to make sure he chooses the one he likes to sleep on. Everything we needed was ordered quickly. Love that assembly option is there. And that they will take old mattress away as well. Perfect.

The delivery men were very impatient when they were delivered my furniture they were very disrespectful to the doorman and myself my furniture was sat on the ground with no covering I’ve been shopping with Ray Flannigans for years and this is the first time that I ever felt disrespected by a delivery person other than that I am satisfied with the furniture.

The furniture is great but the communication with the store is not. When we bought the set for our living room (sofa, love seat and an accent chair), we were told that the sofa is not in stock and we would have to wait. We agreed to get everything delivered together once the sofa is back in stock. Eventually we received a phone call stating that EVERYTING from the set is back in stock and a delivery date was scheduled. One day prior to the delivery date I received a phone call stating that the love seat and the chair will be delivered as scheduled but the sofa didn't make it from the warehouse. As soon as it is picked up by a truck from the warehouse, it will be delivered in the next few days. Then I received another phone call and a delivery date was scheduled for a sofa. I took a day off from work (second time) to find out late in the evening that the sofa was never in stock and will not be delivered on the day Raymour and Flanigan arranged. I have all the emails and text messages confirming the delivery but no sofa...Very disappointed, since would have picked another set if I had known how long we had wait and how much trouble this could cause. How one employee calls and schedules a delivery, when another says that the sofa was never in stock to begin with...

I was promised that I would receive my while bed today only received parts of it after removing my bed andi now have to wait 2 extra days for the rest while waiting I received a email later in the day saying the driver is 11 minutes away I was so excited so I called Rf to make sure and they tell me that message is from earlier for the items I already received so why am I receiving hours later what purpose is that serving ass
