We were helped right away, the ideal product was identified and we were out of there fast.

Aretha was absolutely amazing! She’s patient and professional. I had to amend my order and helped tremendously.

Mansur was the associate who was helping me. I appreciated the 10 or 15 minutes on my own to browse the mattresses before he started to help me and ask questions. I never like feeling pressured and I didn't feel that once. Thank you for that. He was helpful, knowledgeable and thoughtfully answered all my questions.

Perfect size for a small apartment. Delivered very quickly and with care. Super happy with it!

Cymone was very helpful, explained the options of the specific sofa I wanted, and assisted with adding items to my order.

Seeing and feeling the actual furniture as well as being able to talk to a sales representative and have questions answered.

The salesman Brian was helpful and knowledgeable. I liked that he let me make my own decision. And gave me time to experience different mattresses before making a decision.

Very helpful salesperson, happy with our sleeper sofa selection.
Needed sofa delivered 5/16 1-5 pm when loading dock at condo reserved for move in day. Booked delivery 1 month out when that date opened up, requested 1-5pm time slot, explained time slot needed for condo loading dock reservation. That limitation isn’t R&F’s fault but they said they could accommodate. Confirmed delivery time request week before. Day before delivery given 9-12 am time, could not be changed. So we had to cancel, very disappointed.
Now trying to juggle work hours, reserving loading dock, and delivery time. Hoping for end of June, requested a time which again they said I could do but didn’t work last time. We’ll see.

UPDATE 6/23
Delivery supposed to be tomorrow. Had explained again the need for a time window, Loading dock at condo booked for 8:30-12. Just received delivery time notice for 2-5 pm. So frustrating. Called them, they noted they have the request but can’t accommodate. Ordered couch in March, have given them plenty of notice for delivery need.

The salesman Stephen was so nice and helpful. The guy who did my paperwork was also SO nice!! He made my day with his smile and demeanor!

Sale man Rabie Alsaleh was excellent 👌 He greeted me as soon as I came in He was wonderful he came he asked me about what was I looking for show me when I was looking for did not pressure me to buy anything he was just so phenomenal and very Knowledge . He needs to be promoted. A warm personality.

I bought a king size bed a year ago.It makes a squeaky sound.They keep sending service team and these guy recommends stuff like put Box spring or bunkie board.I had a call with their manager and I asked them to pay for bunkie board since there was no display or recommendation to buy bunkie board,when I bought the bed and no salesman told me about it.
They just care about making money.I am stuck now and feel cheated.
Think about it before buying stuffs from there.

Employees were courteous. Products recieved were of completely inferior quality. Reccomend actually looking at items prior to purchase. Buying furniture online for first time . Trusted assertions of company in regard to quality of furniture. My mistake. Last one with Raymour and Flanigan

Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. They were not pushy and the prices were reasonable.
