NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have ordered form Raymour and Flanigan for all of my furniture, as has my mom and other family members. Always great service and quality. I ordered a couch that was not SPECIAL ORDER when the order was placed. Then it turned to a special order and was told 3 different times for a delivery date. Long story shory we waited a month for a couch that was in the showroom. Then when delivered the cushions were wrong. So for two weekends we had guests and no couch to sleep on and now the cushions are wrong. When asked if they could possibly do anything for our inconvenience. They offered a $25 gift card!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We wont be back. WAY TO TAKE CARE OF RETURNING CUSTOMERS!!!!

Great sales person
Great sales person. Don was knowledgeable. He wasn’t overbearing. He offered relevant information and didn’t push the process. Delivery is in a few days which is what we needed! Great experience!

Great Furniture Shopping Experience
Found the exact merchandise I wanted. Salesman was kind to point out where on the floor the items were. The check out was quick and easy and they packaged the bench and I picked it up around back at the loading dock. The bench looks great in our guest room. Exactly what I was looking for.

Bought the home furniture from exton store. The quality of recliner loveseat and sofa is of substandard.
Bought the home furniture from exton store and found the loveseat and sofa materials are ripping off like paint. The furniture is around 2 years old and the manager of the store is not helpful and they are taking the responsibility and the quality of the product. I am having very poor customer service and the quality of the furniture is sub standard . Regretting the purchases I made from the store.
