Our sales associate, a pleasure to work with!
Our sales associate, Steve Thompson was a pleasure to work with for our furniture purchase. I went to two other Raymour & Flanagan stores where I felt like I was being stalked. One even told me to make sure I see her upon returning, because she works on commission! Needless to say, I left that store in Lancaster Pa.
Steve took us to the area where the leather living room furniture was. We were interested in and he promptly let us be to discuss between our selves. NO pressure.
After viewing that set, we decided it would not be a good fit. So we walked around and found something different we liked. We explained we had to measure the room. Steve understood and even offered some insight which was very helpful. He offered a brochure with pictures and measurements.
We went home, measured and actually did our purchase online with Steve's help. Took all of 5 minutes! He was a pleasure to work with, no hassle, no pressure, just outstanding customer service. It was like buying from a friend. Steve deserves a gold star! Thanks so much!

STOP STALKING ME ITS ANNOYING
Finally a salesperson that understood I AM ONLY LOOKING DO NOT FOLLOW ME AROUND. GIVE ME YOUR NAME AND I WILL TELL YOU B WHEN I HAVE QUEDYIONS. Christina will get my business again. She was so kind and had answered all my questions I purchased a power recliner.

Great store experience
A sales associate, Paul Donati greeted us when we entered into the store. We told him what we were looking for and he gave us direction on where to look. He gave us space to let us walk around and checked in with us a short time after. He was very knowledgeable and helped us in every way he could. We had a great experience at this store!

The sales associate added a protection…
The sales associate added a protection plan to our order after we told her multiple times we didn’t want it. Was very pushy and gave us dirty looks when we said multiple times we didn’t want the protection plan.
