Our saleswoman, Meg, was patient and helpful with us as we picked out our dining room. She had the answers to all our questions and was quite professional helping us make our decisions. I will use no other saleswoman or salesman!!!

Our sales person,Tracy, in the Lake Grove NY store made our shopping experience stress free. We were back and forth into the store a few times trying to decide on exactly what furniture we wanted. Tracy was extremely helpful (with a lot of patience) and gave us suggestions (after I was picking her brain) which I found very helpful. Tracy is a true asset to your company. We will be in at a later date looking for den furniture and Tracy is the person we want to help us.

To Whom it may concern;
The only negative comment I have is that it took 30 minutes for a sales person to approached me to see if I needed help, even though about 4 sales people passed me and didn’t acknowledge me. Once a sales lady notice that I was ready to walk out , she approached me and she was very helpful in placing my order. Teach your sales people not to notice race or appearance , that can be very deceiving you don’t know who has money to spend and is ready to place an order for a fast delivery. If you go back to your sales records , I have purchased plenty of items at your store but it is always sad to see how your sales staff takes a long time to even ask if they can help me. The only reason I keep coming back is because I like the quality of your furniture .

When setting up 2 box springs for king size mattress left box spring jutted out 6" beyond right box spring. How they could leave it this way is unbelievable. I could not fix because I could not lift king size mattress to get to box spring. Would never purchase from you again.

My experience at Raymour & Flanigan in Farmingdale, NY was excellent. My salesperson Shaunese was very professional and helpful. I was looking for a bedroom set for my daughter and Shaunese was one of the main reasons I made the purchase instead of moving on to the next store. We had just left a competitor Bobs and after being stalked through their store by salesmen, it was a breath of fresh air. Shaunese greeted us upon entry, asked if she could help, pointed us in the right direction and gave us time and room to breathe to make our decision. I understand the world of sales is competitive, but her style was far more inviting than being made to feel like a sharks next meal. I look forward to delivery and once again would like to thank Shaunese for all of her help.

My experience with Raymour & Flanagan was great from my salesman Danillo in the Farmingdale location to the delivery. All pieces came in perfect condition better quality then I expected and the delivery man were on time and excellent with the placement of the furniture. I will be back to order more furniture to complete my home.

My 3 month old couch was damaged and couldn't be repaired so R&F replaced it at no charge. Outstanding customer service!!
