Broad selection coupled with knowledgeable, friendly service!

Our sales rep, Eric Kemesies, was knowledgeable, patient, professional and very courteous. He showed us several recliners and demonstrated the functionality of each one. As he was completing a sales receipt for a particular recliner, we changed our minds and selected a different one. Eric complimented us on our new choice and completed the transaction immediately. This was a stress-free shopping experience thanks in large part to Eric. If and when we return to this store, we hope to deal with Eric again.

We went to purchase a new living room and dining room set, we were treated nicely and our salesperson was very patient with us as we were making our selections. He was very helpful in showing us what we were describing to him and making it easy for us to make our choices. We have bought from R&F in the past and will always be a repeated customer.

I ordered a dresser. They convinced me to have it delivered rather than pick it up. It came bubble wrapped. Upon opening it had a scratch and two blemishes, one the size of a quarter, the other the size of a dime. No big deal for the delivery guys but when you are paying top dollar for new, you should get new; damage free. I called the store no answer. 45 minutes later someone picks up who promises someone will call me back to set up redelivery. Cricket's!!! I'll take my business elsewhere after this experience.

James Fisher was excellent, not pushy, very professional and helpful with suggestions. I haven't received my order yet so I can't comment on that part of my rating but the in store experience was very good.

Sal was very nice we left and came back after making a decision and he was there to greet us again, We are long time Raymour and Flanigan customers and always happy with purchases. Can’t wait to get our new couch delivered this week.

Let’s start by saying I have purchased over $5000 worth of furniture in the last year or so from Raymour & Flanigan. I ordered a mattress with white glove service and the delivery guys just dropped the mattress in my house and left. They would not take the old mattress and did not take the wrapping from the new mattress. So now I have a king size mattress and two box springs in my back yard. I guess now in the spring time I could lay out at night in my yard on my old Mattress and stargaze.... Also trying to contact someone is ridiculous, push all different numbers on the phone to switch to different departments kept getting disconnected and no one has any clue what to do. What happened to a real person answering phones??? It does not exist anymore!!!! I don’t believe that this is white glove service. Your customer service sucks and this is probably the last purchase I will make from Raymour & Flanigan.

We had such a wonderful experience with Jackie. She has so much knowledge and understood what we were looking for and help us get the right furniture for our home.

I was calling from London to order something in the US. The customer service I received was wonderful! He was knowledgeable and got right to the point. He expedited my order and I was thoroughly pleased.

A great experience. Ms. Kaufman was a pleasure to work with!

Sal is very professional and polite. He didn't pressure me to buy. He also explained to me the importance of measuring my door and hallway prior to making a purchase.
