Pleasant customer service department. Very helpful. Easy to get my order in. Hope delivery is good. Scheduled for tomorrow after 10 o'clock am please this is important to deliver after 10 am . I called your office about the delivery time and you are supposed to return the call. No call yet. Please confirm the delivery time!!!!

Ordered a 3 piece Cityscape sectional and received a timely delivery of 3 pieces that looks similar, but on a closer look…pieces are 3 different brands. Still waiting on customer service response!

I made a purchase with a very nice Sales Rep named Mr Goni from Gateway, Brooklyn Ny store. Unfortunately delivery company was not nice. The driver came to house half an hour before time , I was not available and not given a heads up and advised they were not coming back although my delivery time was 10:30 to 1pm. When I contacted Raymour & Flannigan and spoke with Jillian (who was overwhelmed and indicated she was the only person taking phone calls) was not helpful and put me on hold in the middle of conversation. The actions today has let me know Raymour and Flanigan does not care about their customers and providing great service as displayed all over their website. I will be calling back my nice Sales rep and apologizing to him that I will be canceling the order and it is not his fault. I will no longer be providing service to Raymour and will contact my friends and family and have them cancel any existing orders they have now and advise not to purchase. A simple apology would have avoided all of this.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The experience was hassle free and I was able to find what I needed without too much " sales pitching".

The experience was good overall. I walked in and I was greeted with smiles,which is wonderful.I was helped by Eduardo. I already had what I wanted on my online cart so I showed it to him and he showed it to me in the store. He helped me check out he was fantastic. My only conplain was the lady behind the register. I greeted her with a good afternoon and a smile and she did not acknowledge me. She seemed like she was in a bad mood. Took my money and didn't not aknowledge me at all. Rolling her eyes typing away and snatching the money off my hands. She was cold and mean. Or maybe she had one of those days. But regardless keep it profesional when you are in this type of business. It reflects poorly on the company itself.

I purchased a dining room set since the last week of September and still haven’t received it. Now I’m being told that I would get it after November 17th

This store alway took the time to make me happy with my purchase and they alway worked with me by negotiating the price with whatever I am buying. Also the staff is very attentive and very professional with the way they make the sale to me

Although it was almost closing time Ryan was very helpful and went through the process and answered all my questions.

I was not given any updates on the status of my delivery via text nor email. I had to call to get the status and found out on the day I called the item was being delivered on that same day 👎🏿

Expeditiously executed my order with a delivery date within 2 days.. Awesome customer service.

Excellent salesman that was informative. He took the time to explain everything to me and how warranties and care package for mattress works.

Roxanne Foster was very good and understood what I was looking for. The only think that I was upset about was the delivery charges it was kind of steep.
