Everything about the items we ordered were very clear with important details like exact measurements and great visuals provided. It was easy to find more information about the warranty and delivery. We had visited the store in person and were very glad that we could recognize the salesman who helped us make a decision, even though we decided we needed a bit more time including ordering a fabric swatch to finalize our order.

Got exactly what we were looking for. The store didn't open until ten and we got there at 9:45 and they opened the doors for us. The salesman was extremely helpful and kind to my 94 year old mother.

I was greeted with a smile. I knew exactly what I wanted, and Monique to me right to it! This is what makes an individual go back in the future.

My sales consultant, Scott, was easy to work with. Listened well to my needs and made great recommendations.

As we walked into the store we were welcomed. If we needed help they were more than happy. Explained everything to us. We shop for living room furniture. The sofa and chair that we picked out we wasn't sure if it would go together so they brought the chair up and put it with the sofa. They look great together. Very helpful, clean, nice staff. We will definitely go back.

Adam is a very informative salesman. Great personality! He certainly knows the merchandise.

Working with Adam to get a king size bed was great. He was very knowledgeable and was able to show us many different mattresses. Was able to find what we wanted.

His attention to detail was on point.
He has the ability to be on hand to answer any questions we had & then seamlessly blend into the background. Allowing us to shop without feeling any pressure of any kind. He was a wealth of information on any aspect of the store/furniture that we had. His vast knowledge of mattress’s has opened our eyes to the need for a better type of mattress for a future purchase. Head & shoulders above the service/knowledge we received from other shops we have visited recently. No question, we will be back to Scott for all our household needs. Without a doubt, Scott is the reason we bought from Raymour & Flanigan

Skyler did a great job - very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He was able to answer all of our questions, helped guide us to a good choice, was very patient, and had a great sense of humor.

The salesperson Leah. She showed us high end furniture and less expensive items. She did not rush or push us into buying, however we did make a purchase.
Leah explained the mechanisms of the chairs, the differences between prices, etc. We had enough knowledge to make our selections.

I appreciated being approached from the time I entered the store and being asked if I needed help. I've walked into other establishments and had multiple sales people who are sitting around with no customers just look at me and turn away. Leah was extremely helpful and made my purchase experience a very positive one.
