We were greeted with a friendly smile. The gentleman showed us to what we were looking for and then left us alone to browse, but kept returning to check on us and answer our questions.

The staff at the Hanover store were very helpful in every aspect in purchasing a recliner. I would highly recommend this store

This new office in Hanover, PA is doing an awesome job. Craig the General Manager met us at the door. Adam Kotzman was our fantastic consultant. The first sofa he took is to was perfect, after I gave him the dimensions of what we needed for my short mom. He called Christy (home decorator) to help with finding an appropriate end table, which was perfect. Madison was an excellent person to help us close the deal and sign the contract. Looking forward to a quick delivery next week. We will shop here again! Great staff, great inventory, and positive environment.

We have bought a couch and a tv stand so far from here & plan on buying everything from here from now on!

The sales person Adam was very personable and helpful. The manager Craig was also very personable and respectful. I had a minor concern about my purchase however of those two gentleman quickly and to my wishes resolved the issue. Overall a great experience.

The sales team was incredible. I don't like when I am attacked when I walk in the door. They greeted us and asked if they could help but stepped aside and let us look around which means alot to me. I will definitely go back.

I was looking for a new mattress and stopped in to take a look since this store was new to me. I was greeted by an associate very quickly and explained what I was looking for in a mattress. I was really pleased with the selection of mattresses and I tried out quite a few. The associated answered all of my very many questions on everything from mattress composition to weight to whether an adjustable base would fit within my existing bed frame. Believe me when I say I had a ton of questions and she went out of her way to make sure I had an answer. If she didn't know, she found out for me. The pricing was clear and competitive with online stores and other nearby retailers. The return/exchange policy was generous. Delivery was a piece of cake even on what turned out to be a rainy day. The two gentlemen set up my mattress and power adjustable base and made sure everything was working and took away my old mattress and base. They were polite and prompt and communicated clearly on when I could expect delivery. I've only had my mattress for a few days, but I'm very pleased with my selection. I would definitely shop here again.

I was greeted immediately. Polite and welcoming staff. All my questions were answered and I was given time to browse alone and with staff. I purchased a loveseat and sofa. I will recommend and return.

Our salesman greeted us as we came in the store and was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything very well. It was probably the first furniture store where we weren’t stalked by the salesman as we looked around and that made our experience even better. So far overall a great experience.

Skyler was our salesman and he was amazing! We not only got expert help and advice about mattresses and matching bedroom pieces, but had quite a few laughs!! Will definitely go back again!
