Sales rep was great. He knew just what I was looking for and measured the item to make sure it would fit in the space I wanted to put it.

KK, the R&F associate, has complete knowledge of the furniture sets that we had an interest in purchasing. She helped us previously when we had purchased other furniture and we like her upbeat personality and knowledge.

Bill our salesman was courteous and patient and very knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to deal with.

My new dining room table was not finished correctly. It is rough. I finally got a service tech to view the table and he was filing that the table cannot be repaired and to send a new table. I was told I would hear from R & F in two days. Noboby got in touch. The wonderful service man called me today and told me someone would be calling me within a hour or so. Again no call. I am very unhappy with the service except for the tech man.

My wife and I bought a living room set ( floor sample) and two beds spent 12000 plus 1100 dollars in shipping this was back in September now its January and still waiting for our love seat and couch. Spoke with the store manager several times about our items the love seat came today damaged and no couch in site she told us that sometimes things get lost in transport and I can understand that but when you tell me and I know that you are lieing to my face that just makes things worse I try to get her district manager number and she refused than she said that they done ship floor samples then why I was charge 1100 in shipping is this how this company works I called the main office and that's a joke waiting for a call back but I won't hold my breath can anyone help

Zahida was great! She explained every thing regarding our anticipated purchases, i.e., associated protection plans, delivery, etc. She was always available via phone, text for questions before and after our purchase of several items.
